I have to admit that I think he's a problem. But not because he's necessarily op.
It's because, like Tyrion, hes relatively boring. Rat pack, microbots, tokens, it's really about getting as many minions as possible for an easy top4 finish.
Hes also the only hero you actively draft specific cards for. Like buying a random ratpack to fill out your board just cause its deathwing. Just not a very fun hero overall.
I think they simply rotate him out at nerfing him to +2 attack would kill him. I'd rotate him out and forget he existed tbh.
I'm trying to limit my salt cause I dont think hes so strong he cant be beaten... just the worst designed hero.
P.S. I enjoyed tirion and didnt want him shipped off rotation. I found him more fun to play as and against him then deathwing.
Just played a spell hunter with my gonk deck. Cleared the whole board with gonk and then was only able to hit face once.... if i clear 8 minions with gonk, dont i get to attack face 8 times? It only let me hit fave once....
Ive climbed from rank 15 to 10 with this deck and its the 1st time i didnt get to attack gave mulitple times.
Does anyone know is HS fixed gonk so its overkill doesnt stack anymore?? I admit its a broken interaction but i didnt get any warning if its been changed.
1 mana, your minions gain immune for two turns when attacking? Thats as strong a card ive seen. Can be comboed with any form of rush minion for an immediate push for board. Also lots of great rush minions for warrior this expansion....especially with new dr boom.
As someone who doesnt like wild, im fine with dusting rotating out cards.
Most of wild is pretty broken anyway and it keeps getting worse with every new expansion.
Also, if you play wild, youre gonna have to spend A TON as theres a lot more cards to craft than in standard.
Think for yourself, if you want to play wild one day dont dust em. If youre like me (playing for about 3 yrs now) and you know you arent playing wild, dust em and save your gold so you dont have to buy a ton of packs when new expansions hit.
I think itll work in an armor gain type warrior. If it was 5 or even 7 mana it may be played more since it could fit into odd warrior. 6 mana is prob the worst spot for it.
We may even see a low warrior card that reads something like "at the end of your turn, gain 2 armor" or something to make this more viable.
I agree actually.... 8 mana do to absolutely nothing.
Warlock already destroys combo decks and that's all this card is good for.
Against aggro this card is an auto lose. At least rebuke didnt cost 8 mana and rebuke at least affected the opponents next turn... this is an 8 mana do nothing. At least Rinn puts bodies on the board when destroying your opponents cards.
8 mana to not effect that board state is a bad card. So excited people want to play it. Easier ladder climbing for me.

Has anyone actually seen this card in game? It seems unnoticed but after about 20 games, I've never seen this card in an actual game.
Anyone else??

The issue isnt lifesteal. Its rush, echo or magnetic.
Lifesteal is incredibly weak by itself.... rush, echo and magnetic are inherently much much more powerful and gamebreaking.
P.s. if a big minion survives multiple turns (lifesteal or not) you're prob losing anyway.

My advice: if you want to win, don't play this deck.
In this meta, there's really only a few decks that can really support a high winning percentage.
Ask yourself if you wanna win or have fun? Cause most "fun" decks dont win much.

I was only able to get 1 gonk on the board. I usually get at least 2 but no time to set up with dream petel.

Drake has taunt. If this had taunt it would make warrior dragon too op

Does anyone know if its 3 different minions or if it could pull the same minion twice/three times?

Its at a mana cost that complete with better aoe's and requires a 1 turn set up.
Duskbreaker is 10x better as its a turn 4 play and requires a dragon in hand rather than a 1 turn set up.

You hero power has to do exactly 8 dmg or else this card is terrible.... right??

They have uthers combo. They can stall forn 2 turns while setting up their combo.
Makes uther decks a lot more viable against otk decks.
