The major difference is that there is a hero cycling mechanism in LoL and more than 9 total characters available.

One hunter cards and known and it's a spell. Two druid cards and they are creatures. So #1 isn't a valid argument.And why not voting for the hunter card with the hope it will help the rising of new deck types.
And btw  all cards will be revealed before the launch of the expansion. So except for making the hype train bigger and bigger, it's not a big deal if the hunter card wins.

It's not. Just look closely and you will see that the top of the  purple gem is overlayed. That's not the case with official cards (check your collection)

And everyone who hates a particular player is tired to see him when he watch tournaments, or everyone who hates basketball is tired to hear something about it.

So please, don't say that having a deeper interest in the game is the same thing that hearing someone laughting.

I have a deeper interest and I don't mind hearing Ben brode or at least much less than hearing Raynad's comments.

Put yourself in the mindset of a new player. What do you want ? New set to be on the same level of older players and create one of the new "I climb legend easily deck" or old set, hoping to get some of this must have cards still useful ?

Sure. having choice is the better option, but I don't think there will be much of the newcomers who choose to buy old sets. And at least, you can always craft them with dust.

And, on top of that, it's the same thing with solid TCGs. When attempting a championship, would you be happy to be rewarded with old expansions boosters ?

After the launch, I don't think I will ever spend money on old sets, at least until I got all the cards from G&G. I prefer opening new ones and use dust to get the missing ones from "Classic", it will be way more effective. It's always painful to open a pack and get the cards to crafted 2/3 days ago.

There are 7 Spare parts and they are "+1 x" or "gain Y abilitie" cards.

Certainly an interssting card for aggro decks, espacially the ones with undertaker.

If the RNG doesn't suits you, don't play thoses cards. Not more complicated than that.

Personnaly, I'm not concerned at all. People will only play the most valuable ones, using their skill to get the best from them. And for pure RNG ones, we won't see them in ladder are 2 or 3 weeks. See how it worked with deathlord who felt in disgrace pretty quickly.

 On a side note, some of them will makes fun decks even funnier. I am not even sure there will not be thought choices to make in a Randuin-like deck.

More rewards ? Wasn't rewards that made bots so popular ? (Still see ppl auto quit when they face my golden shaman)

More incetives for "high-end content" in a game like HS will only push more and more players to play "autowin dekcs". I Thought legend players and multiple times legend players, doing this because they are really good at the game, not for rewards.

"Tic tok" emote won't do anything, because you can mute. And sometimes you don't have enought time to find the optimal play. Ever watch tournament games ? Don't even talk about some who may abuse spaming it.

Well I actually won 2 out of 3 vs mage so there are no complaints. I'd just rather not have to face mage as handlock. I also Mage with water elementals can destroy warriors.

I play 99% shaman on ladder. During previous seasons it was obvious Blizzard gave me only hunters. Nothing to do with the meta, nothing. Onlye Blizzard wanting me to loose games and others to have favorable ones.

so rip famous streamers.??.... the endless times we see ON STREAM a streamer getting a free win (concede ) by a fan.... i rember once seeing 3 people conceding to amaz in a row in rank 3... other yogg conceding to xixo.... this are NOT CHEATING, and by any means not close to botting!!!! this is jsut courtesey, when you find players you know in ladder and let them win a match... tryng to grind and find the same palyer more than 3 times in a row is veeery unlikely even at top legend levels..

At least you can't say blizzard made an epic one to "force" players to buy a ticket. It's average and it's cool. After all you don't buy a ticket just for bonuses.

Ppl wanted counters because they were tired of zoos, UTH-buzard combo and Leeroy.

Blizzard pleased them with nerfs and now control decks are rising again and so is Alexs.

In a few weeks, BGH will be back in every deck and so on.

And to answer your question, Alex takes away the game dynamics the same way powerful cards does. It laways depend on which side of the cards you are.  Thoughtsteal isn't very fun when you're not a priest of traps when you're not a hunt/mage.

The only time I hated Alexs was during Naxx. So many frost mage's decks.

FYI around turn 9 he will automatically switch to phase 2, even if still have some armor.

 Worked first time, as he kept MC my recruits.

It was pretty close because even if I was on 30 health when his turn ends, my last turn started on fatigue.

The RNG has choosen my sledge butcher it was game over. Instead, he took my gardian and let me with 5 total ATQ points on board + last chage on my weapon while on 10 health.
