Leeroy is OP when used in a combo. That means you need to have all the cards in hand to kill you opponent. Esay for a Miracle rogue thanks to the auctioneer, but much harder for every other classes not names warlock.

And in some situations, when facing certain classes / decks, a strong finisher is really something you need. I think we all lost agaisnt an opponent (a priest for example) whe managed to down to <5 HP.

Yes, you will need to beat the 4 wings to unlock the last one.

The last one won't be free. If you look at price structure, there's one for 5 wings and 4 with 1 owned (the free one offered 'til late august).

You will be able to buy them all the 22nd (23rd for EU)  but you still need to wait their official opening day to play them. That means, you can spend $20 next tuesday to buy them all, but you'll need to wait until tuesday 29th to access the second one.  It works like a pre-order.

Except that Rivendare will be the hero to beat. The 3 others should be minions we need to deafeat to then, be able to damage him.

A lot of players will juste wait for others to post their decks and tactics, so in the end everybody should be able to end heroic mode.

Golden cards (especially legendary ones) are pretty rare in the game and there's no reason golen naxx cards should be commons in two or three months..
