I am so sick of playing against priests. Last two days I've queued up against about 7 priests, two hunters, one rogue, one warlock while doing dailies. Makes me not even want to play on ladder.
Most of the decks I go up against are Priests as well; none of their decks are fun to play against. And if it isn't Priest it is Demon Hunter with their perfect mana curve.
I know the feeling. It's something that can happen with all decks, and seems to be dependent on things like time of the day, weekdays or weekends, or which decks are played by a popular streamer.
This weekend most of the decks I'm facing are Pirate Warriors and Treant Druids, with a few Paladins thrown in. Last friday I faced mostly Mages and slower decks. I've been adding some early game stuff like Crystal Merchant and Beeees! and while the early game still is a close call, it does help preventing them from getting too big of a board. After the first few turns it's easier to regain the momentum.
I still concede against Priest though. I've won against Priest a few times with this deck, but I just don't enjoy playing against them as they are right now.
This is a great deck, and one that does not break the bank. Not only am I having lots of fun playing this. (Love the flavor, really feels it fits the Druid playstyle) but I was actually surprised how effective this deck can be and how even games where I'm behind can suddenly be turned around.
It's also surprisingly consistent in ramping up, card draw, early removal and keeping up momentum. I've been experimenting with a few variations but I always find myself coming back to your version.
I pulled two Marsh Hydra from packs recently and I've been trying to include them but I'm a bit unsure what (if I should) could remove to make room.
Thanks for sharing your deck with us, as well as for your clear and very helpful advice on how to play it
I like all three races but In the original Starcraft my favorite were the Zerg. I loved everything about them, especially in Brood War. They had awesome music, sound and art. Nothing cooler than dropping a bunch of fully upgraded Ultralisks into an enemy base and watch the chaos.
In Starcraft 2 the Zerg unfortunately lost some of the magic they had for me. I don't like micromanaging queens around, and even after all those years I'm still unhappy they moved the Hydralisk─such an iconic unit in SC1─to tier 2 and replaced it with the Roach.
Unreal (1998) That game gave me an unforgettable experience. It had such an unique otherworldy feeling. The ambience and music was amazing. I still remember playing that game during the nights in weekends. Exploring ancient temples and alien landscapes. hearing the wind blow through ominous valleys and buildings, hearing the water streaming in rivers around you, and seeing the low hanging clouds─partly obscuring the sun/moon and the stars─ passing over you gave me shivers all the time.
Quake 1/Quake 2 (1996/1997) Two games that will always have a special place in my heart. Action-packed singleplayer, but it was especially the long multiplayer nights with friends that I'll always remember.
I've been playing on and off since beta and I'd like to think I developed a bit of a thick skin against being salty, but Resurrect Priest still gets to me. I know I've only got myself to blame for not conceding early but that deck is so incredibly frustrating.
Every time I fall into that trap of thinking "maybe I got a chance this time."
I'm excited as well. I especially like the "flavor" of this set so far. And as the poster above me said, if some of the cards turn out to be OP we at least know they'll be quick to come out with changes.

Soulciologist Malicia. I'm very happy with that as Warlock was one of the two classes (the other being druid─got Omu in a pack─I wanted to try out)

I like the flavor of the card, but the last Druid and Hunter/Druid cards need to have some good beasts.

Definitely. Seems like a flexible card.

For me it is Highlander Druid and Strength in Numbers Druid. (The latter especially thanks to Marsh Hydra)
I still can't get into Spell Druid─I guess it's just not my style. My favorite Druid deck in the early days was Combo Druid. I miss Ancient of Lore.

Shadowjeweler Hanar is frustrating. How do you play around that?

Beast Hunter. I like the theme Hunter got this expansion and I want to try out the new deathrattles/buffs. Looks like fun.

Love the art and the idea behind it. Might be very susceptible to silence though.

I like this one. Seems like a fun card to play with lots of value but annoying for your opponent.
