I have to craft Kronx Dragonhoof if I don't get him in a pack. Unfortunately it looks like the Frizz Kindleroot is mandatory as well as I would love to try out some dragon decks.
The cards in this expansion look insanely fun to play, but Blizzard knows exactly how to make it as expensive as possible as well. There seem to be quite a number of cards in this expansion that seem necessary.
Oky for clarification, as I have not looked into it much, but if you invoke before playing Galakrond do you still get the Galakrond hero power activated?
Yes, Invoke works all the time, whether you played Galakrond or not.
Well that kinda changes nothing. Galakrond is your win condition so you want to play him right away, he is not like C'thun or Yogg. If you invoked enough you will just play him. Which does not change how this card is stupidly broken
No, but it will delay playing Gragonhoof by at least two turns if you have Galakrond in your hand before turn 6.
It draws your win condition, if your win condition is already in your hand it can clear the board, buff your minions, summon a taunt or creating face damage while healing you.
What kind of idiot designed this? Even any Galakrond deck becomes slightly good this card just win the game for you. Good job blizzard with creating power creep cards like this
I'm sorry if I misunderstood your comment, but having Galakrond in your hand is not enough. You have to have played Galakrond (replacing your hero) before you can use the devastation effects.
It was annoying in the beginning, now I'm kind of happy with it. I always squelched because I got frustrated with emote spammers and it impacted my plays. Now I'm forced to try and ignore them and it's actually working. I've won a few games against some players who spammed the entire game. It gives a motivation boost to want to win.
Having said that, Blizzard needs to fix this. Even better, like other posters already said, add a auto-squelch feature.
Even though this expansion is more interesting than I thought it would be I'm not going to pre-order. Pack opening in general with Hearthstone is an unsatisfying experience (only a few cards each pack/too many 40 dust packs) but it does make me more motivated to complete my daily quests and save up on gold.

Oh, I get what you mean now. Yeah, then it would have meant having a better chance at getting a dragon.

As far as I know you can't open Galakronds in a pack, so the amount of legendaries you can open for each class should still be the same.

If you already are Galakrond, you can discover one of the following options that have an immediate effect:
Deal 5 damage to the enemy hero, restore 5 health to your hero.
Summon an 8/8 taunt.
Give your minions +2/+2.
Deal 5 damage to all minions.

This card is going to be a nightmare to play against and your opponent would still get some value each time the card is invoked.

Should be more or less the same as every class still gets two legendaries. The EVIL classes just have three with Galakrond.

I did.

Unfortunately, yes. At least that's how it worked with the previous cards.
The non-golden version will be given free to all players. Mike Donais confirmed this on reddit.

Yes, but only in a non-golden version. The golden version is for players who bought a virtual ticket.
