    I find you mostly have to transition into them if you get a goldrin early, along with a baron. Rat pack is indeed the only early game beast that allows you to force them from the get-go along with pack leader. I'd say beasts "start" on 4 with hydra and highmane.

    Legend was never really a test of skill anyway, it's just a grind. And I'm happy that you have to grind less.

     This is working as intended. If your 4th charge hits a minion, you're still "allowed to attack again" because that's what the text reads. You just have no attack value (because the weapon broke), so you need to give yourself attack again through the hero power to allow yourself to hit. It's the exact same way that Gonk works except in weapon form.
