Buffing random minions in your hand sucks, first of all it can buff cards that do not need to be buffed and second, you would never want to topdeck this cards when you are being outplayed.
Yes, it can be fun but not near to competitive level
Ramp is excellent early game, meh in mid game and useless in late game, now, why would you play a 3-cost card that may or may not give you empty crystals?
it's meh i guess... i would definitely try it in Burgle Rogue but as i am seeing this will be more of a fun deck and not really the competitive rogue we all want to see.
Stealth goes perfect with it's effect but it is simply too weak, drop it, wait, attack, get a card and if you are beyond lucky it will survive and it will give you another card, you can also give him stealth again but Burgle Rogue has no room for those cards and Miracle Rogue will probably have no room for this.
Another situation where this card would be good is when you are taking field control and your opponent is struggling to get removal but at that point you would want to keep punishing with bigger threads to seal the game.
Would try in both builds if i get to pull it but for now it doesn't seem like something i want to craft.
So, i don't know if this has been posted yet (since i am not a very active member in this community) but i just found out that all this mistery involving Gadgetzan and a museum is actually a reference to blizzcon as we can see here in this typical Los Angeles Postcard which is very similar to the Gadgetzan one:
Also the Gazzete also mentions an upcoming event with gifts for visitors, artifacts and of course the exhibition of: Misteries of Pandaria which would be the name of the new set.
So Hearthstone Latin America just released the new volume of the Gadgetzan Gazzete where they mention the announcement for the new exhibition called "Mists of Pandaria"
How do you feel about Pandaria probably getting its first expansion?
You are talking like if rogue will be the only class losing important things, you are also not considering that 1 or 2 broken cards in the new set can make a huge difference.
Most decks will lose key cards so it will all depend on the new sets, also remember that the rotation will occur in spring so why are you worrying if we are still missing 2 sets, probably an adventure and a whole 5 months?
What i'm sure is that most decks will die for good, rotation is good so classes can change their playstyle and compete on a whole new level, for example how Paladin changed from being secret paladin to being control paladin and in 2017 we will hopefully see shaman stop being aggro with Tunnel Trogg and Totem Golem out and Druid stop being Token Druid as Living Roots and Raven Idol will leave the standard meta.
Same thing will happen to rogue, at some point it will stop being Miracle Rogue and start being something else.

It is.
A 3 2/2 that leaves 2 1/1 beasts? this must be on Haunted creeper's level

Unless there is a new card that makes this good, it sucks.
Probably with Barnes in secret hunter? who knows

As a 2/3 Zombie Chow was able to deal with 2 minions, this guy will die during the first battle.

no one will ever play Cursed Blade

Will definitely try 2 in Control Paladin, the chance of getting Savannah Highmane, Tirion Fordring or even Infested Wolf makes me thirsty

Can't wait to add 2 to my astral communion deck
2 of these and 2 Nourish ohhh yesss

Turn 1:
Summon N'zoth First Mate, equip a 1/3 Weapon, bring a 1/1 charge body and swing for 2 face damage, next turn attack for another 3?
Seems pretty busted to me.

Gadgetzan is just a reference for Los Angeles, where the blizzcon will be held.
All these 'Artifacts' and events are just a reference to the Blizzcon.
The new set will be The Misteries of Pandaria.
