The big problem is that Reckless Experimenter's text doesn't really do a good job of clarifying the timing of its effect, since it doesn't say "whenever" OR "after." If it acts like a "whenever" effect, it should work with Deathrattle Magnetic minions, since the enchantments on the magnetic minion would carry over to the base minion. If it acts like an "after" effect then it wouldn't, since the Magnetic minion would no longer technically exist when Experimenter's effect triggers.
The card is called Mecha'thun, for one, not Mecha'Cthun. Your resolution is good, but that's how I was saying it to begin with, and the fact still stands that two of the same consonant sound in a row is not easy to say
I can't say I understand how Mecha'Clysm, a name with two hard Cs in a row, is easier to say then Mechataclysm, which has the T sound in the middle to break it up.
I guess what I'm asking is if Reckless Experimenter's is applied to played minions as a buff, or if it's just a passive effect.
If it is just a passive effect, would that mean that if the Reckless Experimenter dies, the deathrattle cards played would not die at the end of the turn? If not that and if not an applied buff, then that would mean this minion's interactions are completely unique.
Alright so here's a card I was working on even before this contest was announced, interestingly enough. The crafting process is similar to Kazakus, but you only pick one effect for the curse rather than two.
Costs:
Pain:
Amnesia:
Hysteria:
I'd love to know peoples thoughts on the balance of each effect, as well as if I should add more effects or not.

They usually like to print their insane synergy cards at the end of each year so that the synergies are only at critical mass for one set

Next: A minion with a toned down version of a (non-damage) spell as its battlecry/deathrattle

Unless you pronouce "Mecha" as "meh-CHA" and not "me-KA," in which case you're still wrong

How exactly does the Reckless Experimenter's effect work? For example, if I were to play a Devilsaur Egg with Reckless Experimenter on the board, then copied the egg with either Vivid Nightmare or Mirage Caller, would the copy still die at the end of the turn?

Against it or to combo with it? Because using it to combo wouldn't work.
