Yeah, if everything scares you, just do your dalies, get in get out, once you get more cards and new expansion, when everything is fresh, come back into the game fullswing.

There's nothing that replaces Level Ups and Vilespines, those are core cards, ESPECIALLY the level ups.

Having Baku doesn't make you a Sith Lord right away, it seems like you will be an apprentice.

Also it's not that Baku is too OP.. in your case it seems like you are a f2p player that just doesn't have any decks that can compete with aggro, which is why you can't beat it, big difference here.

Yeah, I'm F2P, and the decks that I can build for fun typically lose to super aggro deck.  It is when I see so many of the same Hero power click buttons many times that it annoys me, if they play cards for aggro, it would not make me that mad since they still have to RNG to get that card in their hand, but every turn hero power click is un-card-game like.

I don't intend to replaces Level Up and Vilespine, just thinking of anything that I can still put in that that still make the deck viable, unless you are saying without those cards, no matter what I put in, the % win rate will be <50% nevertheless.

For Odd pally consider double Stormwind Champion, Frostwolf Warlords, Witch's Cauldron, Viscous Fledgling, or Cobalt Scalebane.

Thanks man, I haven't thought of Frostwolf and Vicious bird, those can work.

If you enjoy the taste of cookies with the touch of enemies salt. The dark side is the perfect choice for you.

BTW give burn odd mage a chance, it's kinda cheap and a lot of fun. Check Dekksters YT channel for a deck list. It's pretty consistent. =)

Thanks, I checked that out, I don't have Stargazer LunaCinderstorm, and Pyromaniac.  Without a card draw machine like Luna, can the deck still winable?

posted a message on I just opened Baku, should I join the dark side?

No, this thread is not 8 months old, this month is December, don't go anywhere :P.

Why Baku now?  Because I have a pity timer legendary on Witchwood packs, so I opened the last few try to get something and voila.

Story is, I absolutely detest Baku Deck, I can write an essay about how broken it is and it probally got me an A+ in English literature, PHD level.  My winrate against Baku deck is only like 10% or less, to the point that I have a strong feeling of pressing Concede right after seeing the animation.

But now, I own the card, suddenly, all the powerful images (of how I have been destroyed) come to me, I feel like the Force is with me.  Now I understand the lure of the dark side, feeling so tempting to join the Baku team.

So if I join the darkside, I look up the dark matters and I have a few questions:

For odd Paladin, I don't have Level Up and Corridor Cripper, what cards can I use to replace these 4 epics?

For odd Rogue, I don't have Vilepine Slayer, what cards can I use instead?

Odd warrior and odd mage, I lack so many cards so I won't even ask.

posted a message on When Blizzard tell you what you should play through RNG pack opening

Since I'm a F2P, I'm at the merci of Blizzard to RNG opening the legendary each expansions, and I have a vague feeling of what Blizzard told me what class I belong to year after year:

Blizzard tell me to play Hunter

Now I just need Zuljin to complete my turn 4 to turn 10 :D

And this is another clear sign from Blizzard about which archtype suits me:

Any signs like these for you guys?

posted a message on I seriously want to switch to my wife account :(

Before KFT, I really want to get Warlock DK and Lich King cause I like demons a lot and Lich King is like the new Dr Boom.  I opened 10 packs and only get Bolvar, then my free DK is Rexxar, which I don't have enough strong hunter cards to really support Control Hunter.  Bolvar seems hard as well since I don't have Tirion or SpikeSteed to support, I do have Wickerflame so maybe I could do something.

On the other hand my wife account, which has limited cards since we only kept it so she can play with me sometime.  Her free DK is Thrall, and she already has EVOLVE, while I don't, so she could actually play Evolve shaman.  And then in her 10 packs opening, she got: BLOODREAVER GULDAN on her 3rd pack, I was jealous, on her 9th pack, the glowing lengendary apeared, I was jealous again, then I heard GOLDEN LEGENDARY and saw THE LICH KING! I was speechless!

PS: she also get Ultimate Infestation too!

Of course I eventually got drakes from packs, but I don´t regreat the dust, because those months I played with the deck got me more rewards and more enjoyment from the wins.
For your hunter, I think the Highmanes might be your version of the Azure Drakes: a VERY solid card, which will boost your deck by a lot. I´d also stick to the UnGoro packs right now, since its the set you have more commons which might help you.
    Good luck!
I like your thinking here about valuing month of playing worth the amount of dust spending.  I think one day when I have more cards and I still missing Highmanes, I will surely craft those.
I do need luck to open the Ungoro packs, haven't got any legendary from opening 25 packs yet.

Assuming you're fairly new to the game, I think I've been where you are now. And, while all the advice given here  is sound, it might be worth considering another factor. That is: do you already have some competitive deck, or this would be your first?
If you already have some other good deck, I'd say exercise patience, and be conservative with your dust.
But if this MR hunter is going to be your first serious deck, it might be worth to invest in the cards (just this once). Even if it's not tier 1, it can bring you to some decent-ish rank, say 10-5, or maybe even further (if you can pilot it well). And with the rewards you'll get season after season you'll have more cards / dust to manage as you please.
That's exactly what I did, BTW with hunter, too, and must say I have no regrets.

Thanks man, I actually do have another competitive deck: Pirate Warrior.  I have it since I happened to open Patches from packs, and then SouthSea Captain from packs too, it is like Hearthstone telling me to play the deck.  I want to swtich a bit this season since Pirate Warrior doesn't really utilize the new Ungoro cards, and I like many of the cards from the new expansion.  MR Hunter is the next cheapest option that I could find.  Unfortunately unlike PW, I didn't even open the rares needed to build the deck.
I think I will take your and many good guys' advices here to not craft the deck for now and be patient using my PW for now to climb the ladder.
On your point about the card lists: I do have 2x Alleycat 2x Raptor Hatchling 1xFiery Bat, 2x Fire Fly, 2x Vicious Fledging, still I feel the missing of other cards, especially Crackling Razormaw for early game, and Savanah Highmane for late game is so crucial.
