By playing you get gold, which gives you packs and dust to spend however you please. New/ returning players would be way behind your collection, so this is a way to give them ONE deck to play. You aren't being punished, it is an incentive to bring players back without feeling like they have a spend hundreds to catch up and play a viable deck

Here is the most popular token druid from hs replay, and it has a decent mech package. If you want a "mechier" deck, just take out certain minions and add mech replacements for some of the cards, however the deck will likely not perform as well
So I'm sure this isn't a secret but I just realized this so I'll share it on the eve of the expansion. I live in Canada, so this may be different based on region, however the CAD price for the mega bundle is $109 through the in game shop. However, for some unknown reason, the price on battle.net is $99. Yep, that's it, just buy it through battle.net and you save $10. Idk why the price is different, but it is, so if you feel like spending less money, buy it through battle.net.
I'd say at least 75-25 classic to RoS, or around there. Classic will never rotate so might as well invest heavily in that set first, then get expacs once your classic set is looking good.
I dont know if you're joking, but this was literally the artwork for omega defender until people said it looks too much like a mech so they changed it to the current art, but this artwork should for sure be a mech, defender isn't a mech for balance reasons I suppose.
