Is this how Signature Cards will always look?

Every expansion is going to have its own look and feel to the Signature cards. For the first iteration in March of the Lich King Blizzard chose an icy sepia style, evoking the Lich King’s powers over Frost and the Undead.

The art style of Signature cards within each expansion will match their respective expansion’s style and the card frame for future Signature cards might also change from time to time. That means Signature cards from future sets will look different from these ones, to evoke different tones and styles.

This is the point of signature cards. To be different from expansion to expansion and for them all to be in the same style of the expansion. Just look at the signature cards from the festival of legends. How is this in the same style as the other 2 which have the tarot-y style?

What is the point ofsignature cards then. The border is the same as with the previous expansion and this is not even in the same style as revealed Sif and Ra-Den. This is so fucking sloppy I can't even see the point of this type of rarity anymore.

These changes are coming on the 26th: 

• Dr. Boom, Mad Genius
  • Old: Cost 9 mana → New: Cost 7 mana.
• Giggling Inventor
  • Old: Cost 7 mana → New: Cost 6 mana.
• Raiding Party
  • Old: Cost 4 mana → New: Cost 3 mana.
• Reckless Experimenter
  • Old: Deathrattle minions you play cost (3) less, but die at end of turn. (Cost can't be reduced below 1.) → New: Deathrattle minions you play cost (3) less, but die at end of turn.

 

Worth mentioning that there will be a full Dust refund on these for Standart players, who dont keep cards that rotate out, as well, so don't dust them until the beginning of "Year of the Phoenix".

Remember that these are buffs not nerfs.

So they didn't mention anything about reverting nerfs on this stream, but they are live actually :D

Ones which I remembered are Raza the Chained, Yogg-Saron, Hope's End, Call of the Wild and of course Sludge Slurper.

I am very happy for raza, nostalgia is doing it's work xD

What do you think about this choice of cards?

From my experience with this deck Sathrovarr isn't really that good. I only managed to get him to work twice across 50 or so games, but I can't count how many times I drew him with Prismatic Lens and shed a tear before conceding xD

But, yeah, this is a really straightforward and fun deck to play, good job mate :D

Well logically i would say that we get one, because it is a golden rare card, you can still get it in packs, unlike beckoner, sooooooooooo, yea, that is the reasoning

I think they mention that the expansion this year will have similar design, probably they will change with the next three xpacs next year 

Got the spare part to switch health and attack.  Got voltron first.. instant death of 32 damage.  

Marvel Snap came out a week ago and is leveraging the most popular brand on earth. Hearthstone is pushing 8 years old and is on the tail end of it's expansion cycle. 

A five year old could point out the holes in your logic. 

Raza is like a dream come true, can't believe they actually did that.

I have been playing hearthstone in and out for a while now (around 3 years more or less) and i absolutely adore the game, mostly a wild player myself I am no stranger to spending money on this game; So far I've enjoyed buying bundles and expansion pre-order but I have to step in here and say please don't support this pack.

I don't recall ever shit talking in hearthpwn or anywhere else abt hearthstone and I know i cannot assert my opinions onto others, but this kind of behavior from blizzard has to stop, this is by far the most shameful money grab I have ever seen. I do understand that they are trying something new here but this "something new" could potentially create problems for players in the future for the following reasons:

1) Identifying a market for whales - If overpriced packs start selling well, a divided market would potentially grow where price difference between bundles would be huge; inevitably blizzard would start catering whales and games that get selective this way don't do too well. I believe in a level playing field for everyone.
2) Encourage blizzard to release more overpriced packs - This is pretty obvious, If this pack does well blizzard will start advertising these packs more often --> hence more monetization
3) This is coming at the cost of superior deals - Blizzard putting effort here means its coming at the cost of other amazing deals. So far both the dragonmaster bundle and the pedotree deals were really rewarding and relatively cheap, compare this to that and you can see you are getting scammed.
4) More Monetization - Hearthstone is old, lets face it, in it's prime it had no competition and thus no reason to push itself or make the game cheaper, it was quite literally the only option u had, but things have changed now. The last thing we need is this game getting more expensive and less accessible to aspiring players. This bundle is 2$ a pack compared to normal 1.47$ with quite honestly little to no advantage, the restriction of buying only 5 makes it even worse so that some unfortunate soul who didn't score a legendary is stuck having wasted $10 for nothing. bundles often come at 0.8-1$ a pack which is honestly why they sell well, they are significantly cheaper.

I would like to say that the idea here is actually quite agreeable, however the way its being executed is quite insulting.
Obviously every1 is free to do as they wish and you could argue that chances of legendary are rather high, but I would like to take this chance and encourage everyone to stand as a community and not condone such behavior. All this talk about the summit and this is the first thing we get, honestly quite disappointing. 

I mute everyone after any emote and never emote. You emote me hello, I don’t emote back and mute you. I hate emotes and that’s how I deal with it.

A little bit disappointed about "summon Parrot with Rush", it should be "summon Parrot with Rrrrrush"
