Warrior cards were very light on the buff mechanic after classic card because of Charge, now it's been reworked, we can see more buffs.

Another idea: make it a minion: the guy who knew a guy 1/1/1 with the same effect.

Funfact: not all decks run minions with 2 or less ATK, while it might combo with some debuff card, I don't think it is worth all that trouble.
While this looks pretty OP compared to shadow madness, this just emphasis the huge difference between 2 and 3 ATK.

IMO very weak by itself, still not all the great with Shadow Word: Horror as it can kill your own minions as well, nowhere as close as equality combo. Also with Cabal Shadow Priest, stealing a card with 5 or less ATK is not worth all the trouble, as most of good minion can be easily stolen with mind control.
IMO this could be much better if doubled up with a secondary effect, even a weak one, like heal for 2 or something.
Nonetheless, I am not saying this is a bad card, but I won't live up to all the hype here.

When your neighborhood priest steals more shit than the thief, and also sees the stuff in your hand the deck (he sees you naked in the shower) you know something is wrong with religion.
Seriously though, this one card revived the hell out of Dragon Priest.

Much better than cutpurse, he doesn't have to hit face to activate, plus the stealth will make this much harder to remove without at least hitting once.
