I agree your math is correct. Though I don't measure anything I purchase with the dust. I compare it to how much I earn at my regular job. E.g.: if I have to work for those packs 5 minutes - is that fine? Yes, maybe. Still I can buy some beer and probably I would be more satisfied. If I have to work an hour for those packs - would I buy them? Definitely not if I have right priorities in my life :)

If we compare the way I calculate the value - on average according to the worldwide statistics on salary - most people would have worked for that bundle for about 6 hours. If someone thinks that's a good investment for them after that... Okay. I don't. Specifically given the fact I'm playing HS since Beta and I definitely have all the cards from the set in common and I crafted those I really love and play constantly in golden. Specifically those that generate others cards :)

Would have bought that for like $5 max. Still doesn't worth that sum IMO. Those who play HS constantly already have all the required Classic cards. If that had random golden cards from Standard or at least ANY packs - that would be fine.

This deck isn't consistant. It goes out of steam really quickly with only 1 Divine Favor and a wide ranga of small minions at the same time. You simply dump your hand about turn 5 and have nothing to play, that's especially painful if you didn't get board control and you have mainly buffing spells in your hand. I still get more then 60% winrate and the games are decided very quickly - you either take the board in 3-4 turns or get obliterated but if you are getting salty too easy about those luckers and random effect (just like me :) ) I wouldn't advice you playing this deck.

Play CW, patrons seem to be quite week against it :)

Additional info:

• Every murloc is murloc but not every murloc is pirate! That's why he is considered pirate but not murloc. Yarrr!!!
• The idea of the card to stimulate playing the pirate-themed decks. Blizzard tryed this by introducing in GvG cards like One-eyed Cheat and Siltfin Spiritwalker (oh god that's impossible even to write not to pronounce!), but they unfortunately were not that successful. This one goes for warrior (since we know pirates can be played well actually only in classes with weapons).
• The card is a bit overpowered if you would compare it to common cards but keep in mind that there can be only one of this AND at the same time this is going to stimulate now dead deck-type of aggro-warrior.
• This card synergises not only with pirates but with weapons too! Just imagine playing this into Death's Bite and Dread Corsair! That will be amazing!

I can't think of a case where farming under-leveled teams would be even remotely fair.

They might as well just lock PvP to level 30 teams in that case.

No, it just means players won't end up matched against players who have significantly higher level mercs than they do.

That's only rigging in that it keeps match making fair.

So the expansions this year seem to be following the theme of ______ed in (place name).   Will the 3rd be something like "Assaulted in Alterac"?

I tried a similar build. The problem I had is that there are so many combo pieces I need that when I keep them in hand I often don't have space to cast a Skull...

You should probably wait until the meta is obvious :D
I would not recommend crafting a legendary at this point.

Terrible deck, took over a dozen tries, relies HEAVILY on luck.

It's not just the double ice block. I've had to face four in a row in the same game... That's just absurd.
