The lifesteal and taunt make it decent, but the 9 mana makes it hard to play anything on the same turn. 4 attack is the bane of priest mirrors though, and buffing with Lady in White, Inner Fire, or even something like Bonemare gives a stupid amount of burst healing.
This was broken in big priest. Thank goodness it rotated out. RIP wild players.
Reverse it and put it on this card. As a warlock player, silence is my enemy, even as controllock. If you can delay turn 6 instant voidlord, then please do it. Make it so YOU cannot target this with spells or hero powers, and your opponent can. This will at least make you wait a turn, and spell-based decks don't have to let you trade by not playing minions.
Remember, voidlord isnt the problem, a 9 mana 3/18 taunt vulnerable to silence is not amazing against midrange/combo/silence decks, but a 6 mana 3/18 taunt with battlecry: discard dark pact and restore 8 health to your hero is too good. Fix Lackey and possibly Skull of the Man'ari, and warlock will be somewhat more balanced. I suggest that cube be nerfed to a 2/8, just so trading is less efficient, and your opponent has more time to look for silence.
Edit: Please let me know why my suggestion is getting downvoted, I would like to know what to change. Thank you.
Card is very good, may not find a place in cubelock, maybe in controllock will be a useful stalling tool/heal. Can be used with corrupting mist/doomsayer to get a easier board clear. However, very versatile card, may see play if wide aggressive/mid-range decks show up again. Overall not a bad card, may be hard to slot into most slower decks. Zoo could use this as a mini pint-sized potion for trading, but we'll have to see. As a controllock player, I can see this being used in my deck against aggro. However, I think warlock has too many tools against aggro and control and combo, so hopefully the cube/turn 6 voidlord will be at least toned down a bit. This card is very good, but warlock already has too many tools at his disposal.
P.S. I'm a bit disappointed, didn't get a single warlock rare out of 30 packs.

Is pretty good now, not played in too many decks.

It works like Eater of Secrets and Kezan Mystic. It only destroys secrets in play, or over your opponents portrait.
