for sure - but (for me anyway) its usually only when its Heads Up that an opponent will play a ghoul specifically to counter me - but maybe thats because im only a 7k ranked player playing in that standard of lobby lol. But yes, take your point. I still think hes a safe top 3 hero though.

I still think George is a very safe bet - whatever build you go for, having divine shields on tap is never a bad thing, and i rarely seem to have a bad run with him - but respect other opinions for sure.

For me, i would go for George the Fallen. 

He's not stupid - just strong after his buff. He was pretty much non existent pre the last update - much as many of the old strong heroes are now. 

Just his time in the sun - enjoy it whilst it lasts.

I agree with the above - there is way too much emphasis and advantage to who hits first.

I know this has been debated before, and im not sure if there is an easy answer or not, but to my mind, is it not a case of random for R1, then whoever has the low placing from R2 onwards has the first attack?

Unless, of course, youre facing Illidan.....

That can be said, by your rationale, for any minion that spawns another.....see previous example of Sneeds into a SZ.

Some you win....mostly you lose, especially with him. As has also been said, he is the ultimate high risk/reward minion....and as BG's is primarily an RNG game, theres no reason why he shouldnt be part of the card set.

All that said though, you did pick him for the very reason you ultimately won with him...out of curiosity, what were your other 2 options for your T3 discover, and if picking SZ leads to your OP, why pick him at all?

I'd say it was just a lucky highroll and should enjoy it! That's not exactly something that will happen every game.

I mean, i dont know what the other 2 minions were you couldve had, but you chose SZ, and then hit the jackpot with him. Ive had the absolute turd on countless occasions and never got much better than a Selfless Hero from him.

But, as said - you picked him - then get salty because you swept the lobby because of him. If his highroll offends you that much - dont pick him going forward? Just a thought. :)

I think its great. Plenty of playability, different strategies according to which hero you select, and a different style of HS to ladder and arena. I can see why its not for everyone, but I think its a nice addition and something very different to what there was, which is what was needed - and it has plenty of scope to be developed further.

Everyone is entitled to their opinion, but to call it a "stupid waste of energy" is very unreasonable IMO.
