Someone was kind enough to post statistics of various decks in the Un’goro meta from hsreplay elsewhere on these forums. I found the results rather interesting and took a closer look at the numbers. Please bear in mind that these results are not «the absolute truth» about the strength of decks. The results are very much skewed by what is the perceived top dog and how frequently this is played on ladder. The top decks on this list are typically counters to that. When (if) the perception on who’s the top dog changes the results will likely change a lot. However, these results do give a good indication on what are (and what are not) good decks in the current standard meta. I've only added the highest win% deck of each archetype I found. I did not add every single low win% archetype there was, but made sure to add all quests, no matter how low a score they got. Here’s what I found:

I probably should, but didn’t add up the number of played games per archetype. I also didn't bother making the list complete, but rather added just the most played deck from each class + a few more archetypes with decent frequency. There’s a lot of variation in decklists and this does not show it, but it gives you a rough idea what is most played.
I find it rather amusing how the win%s do not correspond whatsoever to the number of games played with various decks :-)
So, what can we take from all of this? I’m going to leave most of it for you lot to figure out yourself. What I can say is that most quests are rather useless. Sad news is that Pirate Warrior is still one of, the not the best deck. Good news is that there’s still a lot of Un’Goro to explore. I suspect there’s still a few sleeper hits to be found.
Apologies for any inaccuracies. I may have missed/misread an archetype or numbers somewhere. If you want to know the absolute truth you can go look yourself: https://hsreplay.net/articles/9/class-performance-ungoro-meta

At first I wanted to shower praise on this card. But the problem with dragon decks is when you do not having dragons in hand, which is a problem that is only compounded by this card. Now, when you have a dragon in hand, everything works fine, but everything was working fine anyway at that point.
This card will continue to drive the bus, which is good. I also like the fact that this allows you to shave some of the top end off your deck. It's a fine card, and should probably find a home in many dragon decks (I especially like the notion of discovering dragon consort). But since it isn't, itself, a dragon, I think it's probably not as good as the love it's getting.
