    All that being said, am I going to play Burgle Rogue in Wild and play this card in it? Absolutely!!! But I also accept that I will lose far more games than I win.

    Snark doesn't actually refute any of my points.
    And what does being a class card matter? Gadgetzan is neutral, so your snark is completely off base.
    And sure...you can play other rogues, but mechanically, these decks are doing similar things. And competitively Miracle is almost certainly better than whatever this is going to be.

    The warlock spells have been so overcosted.

    Don't get me wrong, this could be busted at some point....but it depends on cards that haven't been released.

    mmmmmmmmmmmmmmok.  

    This card is bad (competitively) because it's not doing anything:
    (A) you want to be doing; or
    (B) that isn't better accomplished by Gadgetzan Auctioneer.
    Unless something crazy changes, the burgle deck is a meme deck. If Shaku and Undercity Huckster were only giving you spells, I could see this as a way to try to cycle unplayable spells into playable ones. But you'll get minions just as often as you'll get spells from those two. And it would still just be a meme deck.
    And if you were trying to convert low value spells (coins and petals) into high value cards, Gadgetzan does that better by converting them to high value cards that you played intentionally.
    tl;dr this is chillwind yeti in a rogue deck.

    I think it's unlikely that this is a good card, but it's fun.

    The big payoff appears to be turning your Razorpetals into spells with value, and then discounting them with Ethereal Peddler. The problem is that playing Gadgetzan Auctioneer is better.

    Also more Murloc Shaman. Because more pushing of a dead archetype the previous expansion tried but failed.

     Actually Brrrloc is a really good addition to the Unite the Murlocs deck. It helps make missing your turn 1 less of an issue by freezing the board and (trying) to give you trade initiative back. I don't think it is enough, but it's a step.

    I think this is a solid card. I'm not sure if the payoff is there for freeze shaman though. I guess there's always Maly.

     Right!  God it makes trading so awkward for them in so many ways.  
     And the weirder they have to trade, the more likely it is that you're gaining a lot of health back.
