I would try to push it more towarda regukar zoo, given that you don't own late game cards such als B. Guldan or Voidlords. I would e.g change the omega agents and Caine for some burst.
I think you have to specialize more: either go full healzoo, like Gematria said, or go full demonlock and drop the heal synergy cards.
Fungalmancer is one of the best cards in the game at the moment, you should absolutely run two of those.
Instead of Spellstone, I would recommend Soulfire, since it has a lower mana cost, can go face and doesn't interfere with getting the buff on your Hooked Reavers.
I would cut Hellfire, since the intention is to never be so far behind on board that nuking it is a good idea. And you're not upgrading any Spellstones either if you replace those for Soulfires.
If you go for demonlock, Demonfire is a nice addition, since it can buff your own demons so they survive a trade, or it can be used as direct damage on small minions of the opponent.
Even though Saronite Chain Gang no longer doubles its buff, it might still be worth running because it sets up very well for Fungalmancer. I'd prefer it over Shroom Brewer, maybe even in healzoo, but certainly in demonlock.
One Doomguard as a finisher is good, stick with that.
Try to fit in mal'ganis, bloodreaver, voidlord for endgame, and maybe consider demonwrath as well, I would also suggest trying the 2/2 that heals both players for 4 upon death
