Well, maybe just think a little bit about your argument from Blizzard's perspective. It sounds very reasonable what you said at first glance. They are not really selling packs from old expansions, so we might as well give them away for free. Except, it does not work that way. If I know now that something will be free next year, I will hesitate more buying that now. Of course this does not apply to the current packs (as they are already bought) , but you argue that this should be redone again and again once an expansion rotates out. So it will surely have an effect on sales. Whether this loss will be outweighed by more new players etc is a different question. Just saying that the calculation for Blizzard is definitely not as easy as you want it to be.
I think that is not possible. I remember a thread a while ago. Someone was complaining that Blizzard was not willing to move his cards to a different server. In any case, I would try contacting Blizzard's customer support.
I use a Shaman with three boardclears and a burst card. Works pretty decent as the all spam everything on the board (it cannot win if they play correctly, but they rarely do ;) )
My suggestion regarding crafting new cards: Think about how the introduction of these new cards help or hinder certain matchups. For example, regarding the Voodoo dolls: In what kind of matchups do you have the feeling that single target removal is lacking? (The most natural replacement for me would be Syphon Soul) If you get rid of your 2nd hellfire, your matchup against decks with multiple small minons (such as Aggro Paladin) will certainly get worse. However, I would suggest that if you struggle against aggro Paladin with this deck (including two defiles, a lot of heal and taunts), there is probaly something wrong with your gameplay. What region are you playing, happy to give some comments if you want.
If the argument against tracking is that you no longer have the chance to get some cards via tracking, then you know something is wrong ;)
Please explain? That is the whole downside of the card - that you run a huge risk of losing cards you really needed because of the choice. Unless you meant something else? It was a bit ambiguous.
Well, I cannot say card A is not good because it makes card A (the second time I use it) bad. That could only be an argument against running the card twice in a deck. And as others mentioned, there are downsides to tracking if you run cards with recruit mechanisms, or as I mentioned earlier stitched tracker etc.
Putting your end game strategy on hold "for a while" (=putting the win condition in the bottom of the deck) means the game goes to fatigue. If you can live with drawing these cards in such a late stage of the game, then don't play tracking in this game.
The downside only applies if the game goes to fatigue. Otherwise it simply does not matter if you did not draw a card because it at the lower end of your deck or because it is discarded by tracking. Additionally, you have the upside that you know, that you will never draw this card in this game.
Note that it is a different case if you have cards such as stitched tracker in your hand.
- Blingtron for some fun RNG and to stop fatigue from Aluneth - Cogmaster for Mech synergy - Annoy-o-Tron to protect the other minions - Galvanizer to have some permanent reduction of mechs
If you want to have something against big minions, you can try voodoo doll or maybe just silence. There is a lot of card draw in this deck and not so many small cards to justify that in my opinion. I have not tested your deck yet, but I gues some additional mechs instead of Malacrass and Kalimoss would be good.

Edit: Merging is definitely not possibly.

I think it is still great for a Reno deck. 6 mana instead of 4 for a full board clear is good.

Feel free to add me on EU if you want me to comment on your playstyle, possible improvements etc.

So you have only 2 cards to buff your Cthun?
I would change that or rather get rid of the 3 Cthun cards and add alternative finishers.

So funny to see an sarcastic post turn into a "real" discussion ;)
