Has anyone else been using your computer? Just a thought... through accident or whatever they might have logged you off & then when they tried to put you back on something they did made the logon system "suspicious"?
I have done this to myself in the past. Just trying to logon with my fingers on the wrong keys & not enough light to see the mistake I was making.
(I know they don't show the actual password for security reasons, but all those ****** make it difficult for people like me to see a mistake on the screen) (Especially since I have so many blasted username/password combinations for different sites that I have to maintain a list for my own sanity)
I know that you can go to thebattlenet linked site & remove an authenticator from your account...
I'd think that Battlenet support would be the folk to contact.

Your account has probably been compromised. It is a common tactic for intruders to add authenticators to stolen accounts to delay recovery.
Number One: Make sure you can still get into your email. If you can, change the password immediately. Adding an authenticator requires an email verification. They have probably been in there.
noone else has access to my pc, so thats out of the question
the biggest problem is, icant login to the normal battlenet site either, cuz it asks me for an authenticator code again, if i could login there, that wouldn´t be such a big problem...
which basically means, i can´t do anything about it right now, so frustrating
Then follow all the steps Sith suggested. Your account got compromised without question, most likely via driveby infection, email scam or a fake download.
After this is done, I strongly recommend adding SMS protect and/or an authenticator yourself.

Not even just "non-password requiring" battlenet? It has a specific section (on the authenticator removal page... same one as included in TheSithCode's post) asking "Can't Log In?"
That would be pretty silly to include on a page located where you needed to login to read it...
If you can't get to anything battlenet related at all, and your emails, etc. are all OK, it might be some kind of virus you picked up. Run every cleaning & repair & general anti-virus program you have access to.
If you've been kind of lagging behind with anti-malware stuff (I do it a lot myself) there are several immediate use "free" online cleaners that you can use that do a decent job. Panda's Cloud cleaner is decent, & so is House Visit. Neither of these come with anything harmful.
I've used both before & while they would like you to sign up for their service, or buy standalone programs, they are not pushy & don't require any credit card numbers, or even your email. At least it was so the last time I had a problem that my non-updated stand alone programs couldn't handle.

No Driver's License? Student ID? Social Security? Passport? Sometimes an "official" birth certificate is accepted. (Not the fancy framed kind you sometimes see, but something from the county you were born in's Registar of Births & Deaths. Some counties call it different things, but you can google "county state of your birth" birth certificate, & find out where to go.)
Most all of them have some kind of online access. Probably not an immediate fix,,, but if you have whole huge bunches of cards stockpiled in your account, it's probably worth the effort.
Otherwise, just start a new account.

Hope someone watch this... I got a problem with the Authenticator... got no one and not sure how I can get one... I can't tell Blizzard about it either cause I need the Authenticator to begin with... Stupid thing about the authenticator to begin with... Play starcraft2.. at least I did... Any Ideas to me?
Gamers are well known the name of battle.net which is best desktop application especially for those who play Blizzard games. In this way they able to installing and patching blizzard games. A lot of Newbie gamer face some issues while using the battle.net and they can't download data or install games. So, instantly think how to uninstall battle.net? But there is no need for it. If someone has any such problem then the easy way to just restart the computer and check error will be resolved or not. 2- If still error exist then you need to uninstall third-party security programs like Antivirus etc. 3- Lastly, You can uninstall agent and force Battle.net to reinstall it to away from such error in future.

here´s the issue
i started the battlenet application and normally it logs me in straight away, but this time i needed to log in, which was odd to begin with
so i thought ok, well thats not a problem
but then it asked me for an authenticator code, which i never added to my account
then it tried to login to my account on the battlenet homepage, but same problem again "please enter your authentication code"
i don´t have any...
what do i do now? i have no idea..

Number Two: Do everything listed here.
Blizzard is adept at helping people in this situation, so I would not worry too much. Just make sure you lock everything down.

AntonydusWurm,
First, I've moved your thread to off-topic as it isn't about Hearthstone.
The following article should be helpful in removing your authenticator.
https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/remove-battlenet-authenticator
You can deactivate authenticators even without knowing the details: https://us.battle.net/account/support/identify-account.html?requestType=REMOVE_AUTHENTICATOR
Then follow all the steps Sith suggested. Your account got compromised without question, most likely via driveby infection, email scam or a fake download.
After this is done, I strongly recommend adding SMS protect and/or an authenticator yourself.

everything on that "can´t login?"-page requires me to enter the authentication code, so that doesnt work at all
=> which means, the whole battlenet login help is locked down for me
also it requires me to upload a picture of government issued ID, so that they know its me. unfortunately i cant do that either right now
If you're unable to upload a photo of government issued ID at this time, then you're out of luck. Sorry =(
