I'm sitting on a few legendaries that are pretty much useless right now and I'd love to craft useful ones. I'm talking Milhouse, King Mukla, King Krush, Wilfred Fizzlebang, Nat paggle, Mimiron's Head,Bolf Ramshield and Acidmaw. Same question goes for a few epics.

In my opinion, it doesn't really matter if a card is "playable" at the moment. One expansion or adventure is enough to change everything, as we could see with King Mukla during the (short) reign of Eboladin. What you have to ask yourself is: do you want to play this card, even if it would be viable? For example Mukla will always end up in an aggro, tempo or maybe even Mill deck, so if you despise this type of gameplay you can disenchant him without much regret.
On the other hand we have a card like Bolf Ramshield, a complete garbage card at first sight - but so far his "role" is unique among the neutral cards. No other neutral minion offers protection from spell damage so far, and the time might come where exactly that role is needed. So personally I'm not afraid of disenchanting underwhelming legendaries, but as a control player I realise that he might come in handy one day. So I don't disenchant him.
So just ask yourself what type of game you like to play and decide accordingly.
Exactly my thought when I was deciding what legendaries to craft. Ended up disenchanting most of them and crafting Bloodmage Thalnos, Leeroy Jenkins and Baron Geddon. Anyways, thank you all for replying !
I've tried a priest deck with Bolf and OTK combo, even then he felt a bit out of place; not sure what deck would really benefit playing him, freeze mage maybe ?
I found that if you plan to do heroic solo adventures, it is best NOT to disenchant epics. Unless you are sure you'll never need it. Because I disenchanted many rares, epics, and legendaries I found to be useless in PvP, but needed them later to beat a certain boss on a solo adventure heroic. I can't remember any specifics but I remember trying to sub things, and it wasn't working out well.
And the PvP meta is always changing. A year ago, Baron Geddon was a useless legendary. Now, he's awesome. xD

If you still miss the good legendaries/epics, yes.
I guess the main rule of disenchanting is to do so only if you really need other cards, otherwise let em be until you do need something else
I'd probably keep them unless they were golden, then I'd dust.
I guess it depends on your level of rush to get some other cards.

If you still need the core legendaries, go for it. Otherwise, cards like King Mukla and King Krush are pretty fun to mess around with.
Always dust them unless you're collecting. Why bother keeping something if it's useless?

With the exception of Nat and Mimiron, the other cards could see play in the future.
There is no reason to keep Millhouse Manastorm.
Always Squelch.
