In Ranked games or Arena, I only concede when the issue is 100% determined (meaning that my opponent's has lethal on board for next turn and I can't prevent it). I don't see a single reason to not do so, you'd be surprised of how many games you can sneak even from far behind !
In Casual play, I tend to concede a bit earlier if things go horribly since I'm mostly here for playtesting. I'm still trying hard to find my way out though because I'm like that ;)
Casual - As soon as things start to go wrong..I'm usually playing something silly/casual in..casual..anyways just doing some dailies.
Ranked - When my opponent shows lethal typically. Sometimes I make them execute it, but I typically find it to be a waste of time to wait for everything to complete, especially when they spend a good chunk of time doing a bunch of other nonsense on turn to resolve lethal. When I say nonsense, IDC if you throw down your hand or something, but when you act like you're THINKING about it excessively. Meh.
Arena - Never, people do some stupid stuff in Arena.
Ranked: I don't play ranked for any competitive reasons. Conceding pretty fast here, just doing my dailies, I don't waste time playing vs. decks with a high chance of winning against me. If it weren't for crappy MMRs in unranked and cardbacks, I wouldn't even play ranked.
Arena: I never concede, not even during BM.
Please, I want to get queued into players like you more often. Nothing I like more than a turn 1 concede from a player who can't be arsed to even try to put up a fight.
Everyone on his own terms. I don't consider a 20% coinflip an interesting fight. Then again, some people like watching cats playing with their prey. ;)

When the game is no longer enjoyable to me to the point that i don't care about winning anymore.
I have to agree with that. Just conceded in Arena against a shaman who, three turns in a row, used his hero power (when he had no totem on board), got a spellpower totem, and used it to kill a minion with a earth or frost shock getting just enough damage... the tempo loss was harsh, but mostly, I felt I was raging and no longer having fun, so I conceded and played something else for a while ^^.
Sometimes when i am playing my Face-Hunter and i cleary face a control-deck i concede around turn 4, when the first rounds haven't made enough dmg/bad mulligan/ bad card draw and i see that i won't last long (and opponent takes too long). Aggro can rarely make it in a long time fight against control.
In any other cases i concede when the numbers say "you die next turn".
I concede if I'm guaranteed to lose the next turn against a well played control matchup. If I'm against a zoo or face hunter, I will never concede. If they have lethal and want to bm and try to waste my time, I'll just let them waste their own time while I minimize and do something else haha. People play aggro because it's mindless and quick, so I'll let them take however long they want.

I often play aggro but i also like to punish people a little when they tend .... to use their emotes a lot by taking it slow and rather try to survive as long as possible and concede a second befor the button goes BOOM befor the turn i would be killed.
I like to say hello at the start of a match, oops when i misplayd or well played when my opponent really made a good turn but i'm still kinda missing a LOL/funny emote with a look at all the crazy RNG that can happen now with GvG.

100% agree ! But people tend to misunderstand the use of emotes sometimes as they have probably been traumatized by some trolls xD
On Arena i only concede when im 100% sure that my opponent will not miss lethal in the next turn.
On casual and ranked its pretty much the same + when i'm against aggro opponent with turn 1 2/3 undertaker and 1 mana deathtrattle minion and i don't have answer to it i'll not waste my time and just concede or when i'm playing shaman and im against priest, it's just not fun matchup at all.

I also play a Troll-Hunter in WoW as Main and i don't know why everyone makes a fuss about trolls.
But it's neraly sad to see how somtimes people try make the best out of the emotes to copensate the chance to directly flame the opponent or annoy him.
Only when I'm 100% sure my opponent has lethal. In some cases on the ladder or arena I'll concede if I know my opponent has lethal/I can no longer win even if it might not be 100% obvious to my opponent just to save time, but I would never do that in a tournament setting.

I usually concede on unranked when i face cancer, ebola or aids, but when i'm on ranked just when i don't have a single chance to win
...OuO...

When I see lethal or when I have no win condition left. if I have a draw that can save me I wait until I am sure that I lose 100%.
I bring life and BOOOOAHH
I concede if its their turn, and minions on boardhave lethal....and I see them about to play a card thats not needed for the win
You concede after you Mind Control the enemy Paladin's Tirion Fordring only to have it killed by The Black Knight followed by the coin and Harrison Jones.
