I am curious to find out when people decide to concede. My policy is never to concede unless it is absolutely impossible to win. This means exhausting every single option (even highly disadvantageous ones like healing an enemy minion to draw a card off your Cleric).
After finishing two back-to-back Arena matches where I was convinced I would lose, but came from behind to take the victory, I think it is a good policy to never concede unless a loss is 100% certain. In both matches I had horrible initial card draw (basically having no cards to play for the first three turns) vs opponents with incredible opening hands (one of them had a turn 1 Undertaker + coin Leper Gnome, followed by Mad Scientist Turn 2). I was very tempted to concede after Turn 5 came about and I still had no minions on board and was down to single-digit health, vs a full-health opponent with multiple minions. Yet I persisted for as long as I could, and eventually managed to turn the game around by healing myself each turn, topdecking taunts, putting out bigger minions that could 2- or 3-for-1 smaller minions, etc.
I understand that people might not take Casual as seriously and might concede more readily there, so this question is targeted at Ranked play and Arena only.
I never concede in either Ranked or Arena unless I have literally no chance of winning (not counting misplays by my opponent).

Question: If you're in a canoe, paddling upstream, and all four wheels fall off, how many pancakes does it take to sand the doghouse if there's 28 frogs in the oven?
Depends what I'm doing. If it's to finish an achievement for gold (depending which one) I'll concede if either my time is being wasted or I'm clearly in the hole. If I'm just playing casual I'll concede when there's no hope, In Rank or Arena I try not to concede until there's zero chance but if it's pretty close I'll stick it out. I will NEVER concede though when I'm playing an A-hole who spam emotes me constantly, in that case I string the game out as long as humanly possible and exhaust every possible course of action to win.
I concede pretty early... Not due to rage but when I know it's over, barring some amazing turnaround or massive failure by my opponent, I'm going to give a well played and concede. My time is valuable, as I assume my opponent's is.
I concede when i know i lost and can't come back, or when I see the combos getting put down by my opponent and I know he has lethal, so I don't waste our time and move on to the next game.
If i have no chance of a comeback and the opponent has lethal already on the board, i will concede. It saves time. If he lacks one point of damage to have lethal on the board, i will not.
I concede when I'm pissed. Or if they have lethal with over 4 minions and I don't want to wait forever.
Same here. I try not to concede but when I'm really pissed, it's hard to not do it out of bitterness. Like unfair matchups (priest vs Handlock) or extreme RGN (back to back Doomguards anyone?).
Ranked: I don't play ranked for any competitive reasons. Conceding pretty fast here, just doing my dailies, I don't waste time playing vs. decks with a high chance of winning against me. If it weren't for crappy MMRs in unranked and cardbacks, I wouldn't even play ranked.
Arena: I never concede, not even during BM.

Please, I want to get queued into players like you more often. Nothing I like more than a turn 1 concede from a player who can't be arsed to even try to put up a fight.
When the oponent can definitely defeat me in his turn but takes his sweet ass time making the perfect ending, that's when i concede to teach him not to waste people's time. Don't be an asshole and just finish your opponent as quickly as possible.
As mainly an Arena player, I'm not very prone to conceding, however, if I know my draft is utter garbage, with very limited tools, I will concede when my opponent coins an Acolyte of Pain into Velen's Cheese and I'm left drawing duds that will never deal with a 3/7 healable card draw machine. Sure, I might be able to win the game in the long run barring some very specific draws, but it's not worth 10+ minutes of ridiculous card disadvantage and salt levels to match the Devil's Golf Course.
It's a game afterall, however competitive I might be, I will concede if there's absolutely no chance of me having fun during the match.
As a sidenote, I would not recommend conceding in Arena unless you have plenty of gold to back it up - you never know your opponent's deck, it might be utterly terrible once you clear his initial threats. I sometimes just don't have the patience for that.
Instantly upon seeing opponent has lethal. Often in the middle of them playing out their cards. I don't let anyone take my life total to zero if I can help it.
Other than that, I often enjoy taking a heavy control deck into casual in an attempt to get into a 30 minute slugfest with someone. If I run into aggro, I'll sometimes concede so I can get matched up with someone else.

Answer: I have no time for games!

I never concede if I don't see him having lethal

I usually give them the satisfaction of killing me. If they BM too hard or wait to long I concede. I let them have a bit of BM fun :)
I have no time for gains!
i have won games at 1 health. NEVER concede even if you have the smallest chance.

I'll concede if I'm playing in casual, either drunk or tired, and I run into a control priest or warrior. At that point, I just can't be bothered.
