Just played a game where my Naga Giants costed 0 in the late game.
Aquatic formed to get it out of my deck so my Kaz would be active.
Aquatic form did not draw it, despite the fact that I had the mana to cast it. Aquatic form says nothing about original mana costs, it just says draw it if you can cast it, which I could have.
I believe all of these minions that discount themselves don’t apply the discount until they hit your hand proper. It’s why Shirvallah still dealt 25 when drawn with Holy Wrath despite having cast spells earlier in the game. It’s the intended design.

Giant Modifiers dont apply until they are already in your hand.
so they work as intended.
