Just played a game, not sure what kind of deck it was, but it was a Rogue with an auctioneer out and there were 7 coins played.
At the beginning of the turn he said GG, I was at 27 health, he was at 7 so I assumed he was talking about the game up to that point.
My question to you is, do you think that if you can't get a combo off in your allotted time, then the turn should end? When the rope is done the turn should be over. It's not an animations of card issue, it's a sheer number of cards being played issue.
It is. It just takes the game a while to catch up to things that actually happened during the turn. It;s not like the Rogue has more time than he is supposed to have. What you are suggesting is that the Rogue should be punished for the animations being slower than his ability to play cards.
That's a terrible notion.

A limit for played cards would be aweful. It would punish skilled players who are able to play many cards in a short amount of time. If a combo lets you do that its a problem of specific cards. Like in this case Loan Shark and Auctioneer.

Hi Everyone,

When the rope is done the turn should be over. It's not an animations of card issue, it's a sheer number of cards being played issue.
Any thoughts?

NO, I said it's not an animation issue, it's a playing 8, 10, 12 cards in an turn issue.
Saying it's not an animation issue doesn't change the fact that it's an animation issue.
So what are you suggesting? A limit for cards played each turn?
A limit for played cards would be aweful. It would punish skilled players who are able to play many cards in a short amount of time. If a combo lets you do that its a problem of specific cards. Like in this case Loan Shark and Auctioneer.
