They literally could've made the Diamond Bru'kan REPLACE your first copy. But yeah, 400 or even 1600 dust on top of a shiny skin isn't enough for some people.
That's like your opinion, to me it is not relevant, so long as you complete the requirement and get a duplicate, they should refund it.
The very reason they refund Samuro, is because Diamond samuro is NOT just a cosmetic, it's an actual card.
I understand Blizzard's twisted logic but yours is plain flawed. They literally found the only possible requirement to justify no refund for Bru'kan.
Do you realize if the requirement was something like "collect all legendaries except bru'kan" or "kill 30 boars" they would have been forced to refund Bru'kan like they are forced to refund Samuro ? That is why I think Blizzard is greedy, and I'm not greedy for suggesting that they could refund Bru'kan to the rare people who will complete the requirements.
And the skin is shiny for sure, but so far the diamond animations looks absolutely abyssmal to me, far worse than golden animations. I wish I could dust the diamond cards or get gold/packs instead but I can't, and if I could, you would tell me they are worth no more than 400 miserable dust.
Anyway, this discussion isn't going anywhere let's end it, I understand your opinion and I got my answer, hopefully you understand mine instead of calling me names. I didn't even unpack Bru'kan.
Yes but once you get all the legendaries in the set the non-diamond Bru'kan becomes pretty much a useless duplicate like Mankrik or Samuro so I was thinking they could a least do a refund for bru'kan once we unlock the diamond one
by that logic you should be able to disentchant any card for the full dust value if you get a golden copy of it.
I mean you probably should tbh. Crafting a golden card should also consume (and count against) owning the regular version too.

That just makes sense tbh.
Whoa careful now. Making sense on this forum is likely to get you roasted

I got golden Bru’kan as one of my two golden legendaries in my preorder. Feels pretty bad.
Fortune favors the bold.
I'm bummed because Bru'Kan was one of my bundle golden legendaries...total waste.
