So, I had a strange idea. It's been what? 5 years since Blizzard released Hearthstone and in all that time the power level has increased. Which is normal for a CCG and not a problem for me.
What I was wondering was this. If Blizzard put in a new game option to play Vanilla Hearthstone with possibly Naxxramus as an added extra, would people be interested in playing it?
There was that huge clamour for Vanilla WoW and they answered that (eventually) so would it interest you guys or not?
Yes..... sort of. It would need some changes, I think. The original HS (and early expansions) were flawed and had some difficult decks to beat. (See Firebat's tournament win, etc). However, if they balanced it a little more, it could work (and I'd be all for it).

Agreed. UnderHunter was egregious (I know, I played it to my highest ever Rank of 4). It would take a little tweaking but I think it could be a good choice as an extra Game Mode which Blizzard need to sort out sooner rather than later if the Game is to grow.
No. Also I feel like the power level has dropped a little after Mammoth.
I've never even played WoW but I also doubt vanilla WoW will be successful. Sounds like a typical case of players not knowing what they want and developers not able to filter feedback properly. People are likely just nostalgic for that feeling they had the first time they played WoW. So they will try out Vanilla, quickly realize that they can't really get that feeling back and quit. Well that's just my hypothesis, of course.

In 10 years maybe, not right now. I want actual new game modes, not old ones.
+ I agree with the man saying vanilla WoW will fail horribly, possibly the biggest blizzard fail ever.
