So I just finished a game vs a token shaman. He used The Storm Bringer on a board with 3 minions. He got Harbinger Celestia and Swamp King Dred for 2 of them. My next turn I played Tar Creeper, the Dred attacks and kills it, and Celestia does...nothing. I don't believe I could've won either way, but my understanding is that the Creeper would have to be IN PLAY in order for Dred to attack it. If it was in play then Celestia should've become a copy of it correct? Link to the replay here:
I think it most likely has something to do with order of play (the minion that was swamp king dredd has been played before the minion that changed into Harbinger). Since both effects are "after" a minion has been played there is no minion for Harbinger Celestia when dredd triggers first.

The play in question occurs on my turn 9. What do you think, working as intended or bug?
Yes...I'm an idiot, thank you.
I think it's a bug, because if it had been a Mirror Entity situation instead I don't think it'd of have happened like that

If Dred was first to resolve his effect then Harbinger Celestia can't resolve hers with a dead minion can she
