I may just be a simpleton, but this simple freeze Mage combo is still my favorite. Frost Nova + Doomsayer. From turn 4 onward (with coin), I can only imagine the looks on my opponents' faces when I clear a full board of scary minions. Doing it twice in one game, all the better!
My favourite one happened today and I loved it because it was so subtle to begin with yet ended up utterly devastating.
I had a Bloodmage Thalnos on the board as warlock and the opposition shaman dropped a sludge belcher and already had a bunch of other stuff on the board and just ignored my BMT and smashed face cos it's a pesky 1/1 right?
I went Power Overwhelming killed the belcher, Shadowflame and wiped the board for 6(!!) damage and got a cheeky little card at the end. Probably top 5 power to mana ratio moves I've come across, especially since his spellpower adds to the shadowflame dmg despite the fact it kills him, it's a bit of a tricky one to pull off though.
Playing a Handlock: They build up their hand size to 10, drop a Twighlight Drake, 9 cards in hand. Coldlight oracle, brewmaster, innervate, oracle, and naturalize the drake. Burned 2x molten giants and a leeroy off the top of their deck. No one expects the druid mill deck!
That's 6 cards burned, not 3. (Druid mill might actually be playable with the rise of Handlock, let's see :D)

Result: 24/24 Edwin Van Cleef and 2 Wisps with opponent at 16 health, gg
Then what? Shadow word: death and you rage quit? Do a video!
No sprint draw an SI7.Most of you pray to RNGesus anyway so they probably don't have it.
Every good deck has hard removal or sylvannas or would have zerged you to hell and killed you by then. If you did that to me I'd just whack sylvannas out (you wouldn't have played any big minions up to that point) and do a shield slam on her. Or I'd do one on him and execute.
