Comboing with a 2 mana card vs comboing with a 4 mana card, bearing in mind that your soulpriest also dies pretty quick when you board clear with circle of healing.

Assuming you have exactly all of those cards and your opponent does nothing.

Do you know the probability of getting the exact 9 cards you need out of a pool of 30 cards? It's far lower than you would expect.

Well that's assuming you're playing against a target dummy. You will be in trouble against most opponents if you don't play any minions or apply any board pressure until turn 4, those zombie chows are going to get slaughtered real quick and used to heal the damage mind blast did. GG

Simple, cheap, powerful to the point of broken and incredibly fun to play. A++ would play again

in practice this card is very powerful. 3/3 charge for 2 mana allows you to dominate the board early on in order to buy time to play huge control warrior minions. more often than not with a decent control/dragon deck you get a dragon to be able to use it at the right time and if you don't 2/3 is still perfectly fine to at least have presence on the board.

posted a message on [Speculation] TGT RELEASE DATE - AUG 18TH!!!

people need to remember it's software, there will be bugs, it will need to be fixed and patched and things will need to be analysed and any unintended consequences will need to be addressed. This is why the expansion will be patched in on the 18th and everything will be tested with a Tavern Brawl/Arena in a limited and controlled environment to make sure things work as intended and to give people a go at some of the new cards before the full blown release on the 24th, this is how GvG was handled and the statements of the dev team and philosophies they adhere to around adding extra cards strongly suggest this will be the case as it is their deliberate intention to minimise chaos and confusion. This is precisely why there has been a protracted card release schedule in the lead up to tgt and why solo adventures are implemented in wings, again it's in the statements from the devs themselves and really is the best way to approach it in order to make sure things go smoothly with such a big implementation.

If they randomly just surprise implemented this massive amount of cards things would likely not go according to plan.

Besides Twisting Nether and [card]Eadric the Pure/card] I don't see any possible counter to this card's best scenario.

    This card pushes aggro again.

equality + consecration for the 6 mana best board clear in game.

for people hating on this card, you probably don't main control warrior and never have played it for a substantial amount of time. You think about the minions it can drag out, the worst case scenario which is very unlikely is that it brings out 2 cruel taskmasters (if you run 2) and a bgh, there's a very good chance it'll bring out at least one powerful and useful minion. Even if it brings out acolytes and armoursmiths that's still a good outcome as it's always useful to have them on the board at any stage of the game, if it drags out shieldmaiden, well you lost that 5 armour but you get a free 5/5 on the board at a point where board clear has probably been used up.

I see it as yet another potent win condition for control warrior up there with the omnipotent grom, anyone that's played control warrior seriously will see how powerful this card is in spite of potential drawbacks.

oh and the cost - meh, control warrior already specialises in drawing games out as long as possible in order to dominate with huge minions, this is the ultimate embodiment of that build.

EDIT: didn't realise that it draws 3 and only plays minions, not only drops 3 minions. That kinda makes it even better than I thought.

very powerful deck, hard removal, mass silence, huge minions coupled with priest's natural endurance. 4 wins from 4 matches so far.

essentially a 2 mana flame imp, the trade off is a fair one since you're penalised pretty heavily for buffing him (without silence).

Very good 3 drop stats and some great rogue/pally/mech synergies on these new cards, eydis seems like a really powerful card.

play her then conceal and you've already got great value and then you can wail on the opposition next turn.

I guess hunter doesn't really need any more good cards does it? He's powerful enough already don't you think?
