Would be good if we had the option to pause/resume daily quests.
As a f2p player I often tend to skip the 40g quests waiting to re-roll them the next day. This potentially means I skip the opportunity to play with 2 classes, which in turn may lower my overall play time during the day. A possibility to pause/resume daily quests through right clicking on them would solve this.
Positive sides: - More gold from quests - More control over quests - More overall play time
You say it's easy to implement, but I don't think it is. You need to think about the User Interfacing for multiple platforms. It will involve new code = possibility for lots of new bugs because Hearthstone is on multiple platforms. Any "simple" change is not easy because Hearthstone is on multiple platforms.
For a feature so insignificant, I wouldn't want Team 5 to waste their time on this. /opinionme

I disagree, right click or pause/resume tick (like the "X" for left click quest re-roll) is easy-to-implement 1 hour work of a programmer and designer.

You seriously think that the x for re-rolling quests would take only 1 hour of work? I obviously cannot provide proof, as I don't work at blizzard, and they maybe have wizards for employees, but I anyhow think you're seriously underestimating game-design. The initial code might be easy to write, but you need to keep in mind that somebody needs to create the UI for multiple platforms, and afterwards the code needs to be tested, then maybe you'll need to do some bugfixes, etc.
I'd estimate your feature would take at least 40 working hours to create.

I'd say it is totally fine since it will boost the overall players' time in-game by a lot. Just as a better ladder system would, which already should have been here.

Why would it boost the overall player time? I don't think there is that many players that stop playing, because they DON'T want to complete quests, for efficiency reasons. I think that's rather a very small minority. Majority of players are casuals who most likely miss out on quests, as they don't even complete all of them in time.
I really don't see why this would be worth Team 5's time, as the system as it is, is working fine. A better ladder system sounds like something they should indeed be focusing on though. With that I agree. As well as creating a meta that is less stale.
Let's see then how small is justified a 40 hours Team 5 time? I'd say 0.01% is more than ok (and players who would want this are much more). Remember that such change is a future investment. It slowly pays off with time - for example "My collection" button to skip the "back - menu" iteration - very tiny qol change, which is already paying off.

The feature you give as an example is useful to anyone playing standard, which is the majority of players. Additionally, it's a button for which the code already existed, so close to no programming had to be done and it was purely a UI thing.
The feature you're asking to create would require new code and would be useful only to a minority of players and those players are most likely f2p players trying to be as efficient as possible, to get as many things for free as possible. Why should Team 5 invest their time (be it 40 hours or not) into creating a feature, for a minority of players, for which they will most likely not see any return on investment. Try coming up with a business case for the feature.
Without a business case, there is a huge opportunity cost, because time they would work on creating this feature, could be spend on something more useful. I.e. Even though I'm f2p myself, and would probably use this feature if it were available, I just don't think it's worth Team 5's time.
I'm a Software Engineer myself and I can tell you right now that any new feature that will only be used by <1% of your user base will never be implemented... Whether it takes 2 hours or 200 hours!

I have done exactly this - I made a poll to estimate the percent of users who would want this. Let's say this poll is not accurate and the real percent is 4 times smaller than this in the results. We still end up with 10% and more users who would want this. So it is pretty much a needed change, which pays off over time.

A poll does not equal a business case. From the results of the poll you could argue you can create a business case. However, only a very small portion of the player-base are visiting fora. These players are the ones that tend to play the game more efficiently, as they are coming to a forum to learn something more. You seem to agree with this sentiment, as you already propose that the results are not going to be accurate. And I don't see any reason why to believe the real percent is only 4 times smaller.
As mentioned previously, there are over 50 million Hearthstone accounts. Only a select few has given an answer to your poll. These results don't mean anything in the grand scheme of things. They are only reflective of the users that visit this site regularly and bother to vote on these type of polls.
As aeson88 put it quite accurately it is simply: Never going to happen
The amount of players who want this is even smaller, if you take into account the people who read the thread's title and thought "Nope", and didn't vote.
The fact that you think this would take "<1 hour" of development time shows how little you have thought it through. Just iterating over the way to implement it on all platforms would take many times that. Not happening.

When you take into account that only f2p players are going to feel strongly about it, your poll becomes utterly meaningless.
Making it easier to enjoy the game without paying is not a good business model.
And no, f2p players do not need additional encouragement or to be "kept happy." They are, by definition, not even customers. The mere fact that the game is free is quite enough to keep most of them playing.
We don't know that haha. Some day they'll add something like this for sure. But it may not be soon, as we know f2p players are not high on their priority list.

Yes, I agree, we don't miss that much more, but still for a f2p player this easy to implement qol change would be very nice.

I would like and use such a feature, but let's be honest, QOL improvements like this are in the least of Team 5's priorities/concerns.

Let's say:
X = the number who voted in poll, 23 at the time of writing
Y = Hearthstones user base which is around 50million
Z = X/Y = 0.00000046 ℅
Of Z only 42% said yes...
My calculator can't display numbers that small without using negative exponential notation.
For argument's sake let's just say
Z/0.42 = Never going to happen
HOW. DO. I. RIGHT. CLICK. ON. A. PHONE?
^ Can you double click on your phone? If yes, then it is another possibility.
