I think there's a high probability that Reno will become a classic card with the introduction of the Kabal archetypes it wouldn't make sense to see him rotate out in 4 months but with Team5 you never know.
It is the exact opposite. By introducing new cars to support the archetype they are clearly showing they want to continue developing it. And that means letting Reno go and brining in new cards.
If any card was to be moved to standard Thaurissian makes the most sense to me. It doesn't define decks but it enables a lot of interesting things in many classes and deck types.
I doubt it. Maybe we see other highlander cards released, but I sort of doubt that as well.
Sort of doubt that? They just released FOUR of those with the last expansion, despite Reno leaving next year. As long as Kazakus is in the game, I think they will be adding more Highlander cards. No reason to believe they will stop supporting this archetype.
Perhaps - but they also like keeping expansions self-contained. For example, I would be surprised if we ever see any new Jade Golem cards. Off the top of my head, we haven't seen any new joust or inspire cards. We also haven't seen any new C'Thun cultists. Highlander is slightly different, but it's also part of the Kabal identity (along with potions...).
I kind of disagree. I think they keep things contained as a test. If the joust Mexican is had become popular and a key element you would have seen more cards with it. But it was unpopular and basically irrelevant to constructed, so not going to happen. C'Thun is a bit different being based on one card that will rotate out.
If Jade and Hand Buffs work well and are not completely broken you will see them continue to be added over time.
For Reno I expect at one neutral replacement next expansion. And while three classes will have more stuff for such a deck Blizzard will try to keep the archetype reasonably playable overall.
Maybe they will do a baby reno in the next expansion. Something like 3 mana 2/3 if your deck has no duplicates, restore 15hp to your hero or something like that.

Yah cause that discover mechanic never took off.
They didn't do Joust or Inspire cards because most of them are garbage.
They cant expect people to play single card decks with just Kazakus.
Its not powerful alone enough without the regeneration of HP to max card.
point blank and the period.
keep all cards in standard.... HELL YEAH
I think Reno Jackson is actually the most reasonable card to go to Classic.
Brann Bronzebeard limits design space for strong battlecries.
Emperor Thaurissanlimits design space for cheap spells.
N'Zoth, the Corruptor limits design space for strong deathrattles.
The game has even changed its name from Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft to just Hearthstone.
Explosive Shot => Meteor
Power Word: Tentacles => Spikeridged Steed
