Been playing HS for a while and now i really want to craft some control deck(like freeze mage, hand lock or maly rogue). The question is should i wait till the wog comes out cuz of possible nerfs to these decks, or can i do it right now?
I think its okay to craft cards in classic that are fundamentally good. It's a good idea to invest on the classic cards since they are the ones that wil not rotate out. Among the 3 Malyrogue is okay to craft, I think. Malygos is relatively safe from the nerfbat. I think theres a good chance that Freeze and Handlock will receive some changes since the deck has been around competetive ladder since launch. Both were solid performers eversince and most of the core pieces are found on vanilla set. Part of the reason why Blizz implemented formats is to change things up, keep the meta fresh. I would expect some changes for classic decks like Handlock, Freezemage, Combodruid.
That being said, I'd say wait it out because the balances would certainly impact the metagame and could impact how a certain decks fair on the new meta.
Decks that are mainstays in basic/classic are likely to be considered for the upcomming nerfs. They have specifically mentioned Freeze Mage several times in various interviews. Also, they have mentioned Big Game Hunter. If they nerf Big Game Hunter they're likely to consider nerfing some of the giants too with it, and if they nerf the giants then Handlock could be just dead too.
Now Malygos (rogue) is the least likely nerf target of the decks that you mentioned, but i wouldnt be 100% sure that they wont nerf it (or some other card that makes it work).
If you just cant wait a month to find out what happens with the nerfs and the new cards then just go with Malygos rogue.
I think MalyRogue would be safe. I think there are hints as to what decks they will push in the recipes (like Beast Druid) and sure enough MalyRogue is one of the Rogue recipes.

I would wait if I were you. At least freeze Mage might get some nerfs. Not sure about the other two though.
I guess it's safe to craft some cards like malygos, the giants, archmage, jaraxxus, iceblock, thalnos, preperation, etc.
Those classic cards probbably don't get nerfed, and if they do, you can dust them for the same amount of dust.

As above, if you're itching to craft stuff go with Maly.
Wait before crafting stuff for Freeze Mage. The loss of Mad Scientist is a big one and will really affect the deck.
But in general, I would advise on waiting.
Missing lethal since June 2015.
