Hello fellas, how you doing? First post here so, I greet you all :)
I am a casual (trying to improve) player and I got the ideia of the deck below from a post I saw here (budget decks). But, I made some changes:
Prince Keleseth: I have this Legendary, I love him! (The Deck is named after him)
Zola the Gorgon: As I also got this, it combos great with the Prince (That also why the Shadowstep)
Finally the 2x Fan of Knives is because in my rank I am facing a lot of Paladins with all these recruits (@#$!@$)
Sprint: I made this change also because I was running low on cards sometimes

Well, now is the time that I ask for help. I'm winning some games but I still struggle with some decks, specially Druid, Warlocks that rush with these Zoo decks, and Big spells mages..
Any thoughts? Can you help me improve my deck? Thanks a lot yay :)
To start off, I agree with the cards that danklesminky suggested adding. If you have Myra's Unstable Element, that would be a better card draw option in place of Sprint if you want it, but I think you have a decent amount of card draw already. A second Shadowstep would be better than Zola for most of what the deck wants to do, especially if you add Vilespine Slayers. I don't think you need two Spell breakers. I can't think of what you'd be encountering that you'd need them that often. In fact, often Tempo Rogue decks of the past didn't have any. Perdition's Blade is also somewhat weak, so that might be worth replacing with something else. I think too much of your 3 drop slot isn't proactive enough (Zola, Perdition's Blade, Fan of Knives), so SI 7 or at least a second Blink Fox would be good. Vicious Fledgling is another option as well. If you're worried about later game resources, another option if you have it would be to include the Lich King to close games out with the added benefit of it generating resources.
Also, I'm curious as to how you're playing the deck out. Given that you have 2x Elven Minstrels and 2x Fan of Knives, that's a pretty solid amount of card draw to be running into the issue of running out of cards. I think with more proactive 3 drops, you can look to pressure more to close games out faster, which is what the deck is supposed to do. I think the average game would go to turn 7-8ish. Once you have the more proactive plays, you can play more towards that end. Basically, you need to play toward your win condition, and not just play to survive. That still means you play around your opponent as you can, but you will have to put the pressure on them. In longer games, there's no way you'll be out valuing control decks, or even more aggressive decks like Odd Paladin.

Just one correction: The old tempo rogue doesn't need spellbreaker (not 2 for sure) but because at turn 4 you was dead because of the out tempo
I would just play Miracle Rogue. It's a tempo/combo deck and you should be able to craft all the cards. I used it to hit rank 1 this szn and I'm yet to lose against odd paladin. The deck is pretty high skill cap though but i'd definently check it out as it thrashes shaman and has is pretty solid against druid 2.

Also if you don't make my deck to change your list add 2x backstab 2xprep 2x firefly 2x Vilespine Slayer and 1x Mimic Pod. I'd take out sprint and archerus veteran as well as the zola and perditions blade. I would also add 2x si:7 agents. And instead of spellbreaker run Faldorei' Strider (Must for any tempo Rogue)
Prince Keleseth is one of my favorite legendaries too, as cheesy as he may be. However, to truly play tempo rogue these days, I think you need Sap to get through taunts to finish off enemies. I guess you could live with the Spellbreakers instead though.
Also, to really help win games, you need early tempo plays. Backstab and SI:7 Agents are some of the best early tempo cards in the game, so I strongly recommend adding those. Also, Fal'dorei Striders are too good of a card to pass up, especially when you get really lucky.

I would remove the Sprint, the Zola, and the Archerus veteran and replace them with Leeroy and 2x Vilespine Slayer.
Or you could craft Baku and play Odd Rogue, which is a less interesting but also better version of tempo rogue.

Leper Gnome
I also just realized that you don't have Backstabs in the deck. That would help a lot against Zoolock.
