Well, all you need to play a reno deck is Reno Jackson himself and no duplicates. With Gadgetzan here, however, you will be at a much lower power level if you do not also have at least Kazakus the class legendaries are also very powerful, more so Inkmaster Solia and Raza the Chained.
You will want to start collecting Gadgetzan cards for sure, and also classic cards if you don't have that set completed. It will be a very good idea to get your hands on some of the tri-class cards depending on what class you like to play. These cards are really influencing the meta.
My first piece of advice to you is to give up on Reno because he's rotating early 2017. My next piece of advice is to learn from your mistake and don't do it again :-/

Hello, fellow seekers of truth.
I play this game for 7 months and i have all the adventures. But i disenchanted all adventure legendaries for extra dust.
Now, with the new expansion, i think reno decks are great and i wanna play this decks but i haven't got any legendaries of this decks.
What should i do?
I must to buy packs? How many packs should i buy? Which set should i buy?
And which cards are must for reno decks?
Any help would be appreciated, sorry for bad language :)
