@ImbaBest, I think you could make use more of Lanaya's text box to try and incorporate her Meld skill? I was thinking something like,
Whenever this minion attacks from Stealth, gain +2 Attack until end of turn.
I don't know how to word it properly since it doesn't exactly exist on a Hearthstone card but basically, if its Stealth is broken via attacking, its ability triggers.
Problem is it doesn't just help vs Handlock, it literally shuts out handlock entirely. 10 health when you play the moltens, so you get smacked for 16 damage. Not a chance. Maybe it should just be 'choose a character', so as to not completely erase a deck archetype.
Good idea, but technical things. First, Mana Crystal isn't in bold, see Wild Growth. Second, the wording sounds as though Nyxnyxnyx is emptying your own mana. Maybe 'Stealth. At the start of your opponent's turn empty one of their Mana Crystals'. Just tested it in Hearthcards, it fits in the space.
It only delays the drop of the Savannah as emptying a mana crystal is still different from losing it. They'd better pray to RNGesus for that lucky Multishot, eh? Other than that, I agree with your other points. Feel free to revise Nyxnyxnyx.
Though maybe my Techies' mines could be stronger. Maybe Land Mine could by 8 damage, Stasis could be all friendly characters and not minions, and Remote Mine could be 2 damage to everything, not 1.

4/7 Windfury seems too underwhelming. I'd say 6/ Windfury. That way, you'll basically get 1 mana discount on stats +windfury. On classcards you can see that Blizzard has set the price of windfury at 0.5 mana or so, and since this is a legendary that has a special condition it seems fair.

Point taken! This can be treated as a 9 mana card so i think stats distribution may need to be improved, also freezing your own minion seems kinda bad since you only heal for 2 health. Unless you also get winter curse from its battlecry? maybe you missed something out

I actually made a Vengeful Spirit yesterday too but decided to let it sit. More on Casual gaming shenanigans than anything. The Attack boost helps keep Vengeful Spirit alive instead of just being bursted into oblivion.

Patience is actually a pretty cool mechanic. That Hill Troll Priest could definitely lessen the impact of aggro decks.

8 mana is sufficient for a one-turn, no-Taunt push, yeah? I think so.
I wasn't too impressed with the Wyvern card that I saw on here mainly because she lost her role as a support, so here's my take:
Well do keep in mind the 50% chance to hit the wrong target. I mean, Ogre Ninja is a pretty good example of how much stats that effect is worth.
