Thank you everyone for your feedback so far! To clarify one point: Soul would be a token of Kobold Soulstealer, not a card on its own -- though perhaps it could be. Also, quick question: Would Vengeful Target Dummy be better if its mana cost was increased to 2 from 1?
no, since the minion itself costs 0 mana, the effect may cost 1 mana = 1 mana is good imo
in order to impress blizzard you need to know what blizzard likes. so look at the cards you have made and then see what kinds of designs blizzard has enjoyed in the past.
then go with that one.
personally i like vengeful target dummy best. but i think blizzard would like tree of possibility best.

Rejoice, for even in death, you have become children of Thanos.
Kobold Soulstealer, Ultimate Sacrfice and Balanced Monk are all kinda amazing from a design and flavour perspective. I would go with them. But overall all the cards are cool in one way or another ;)
these are interesting cards...all are well thought out, but it seems you've fallen into a complexity trap. it's relatively easy to conceive of an idea for a card and then add a bunch of text to it. i'd like you to try to simplify things. try a simple common that won't break the meta but will likely be appreciated by a relatively niche part of the hearthstone community. or try a vanilla minion that plays well in arena but will likely not find a deck on the ladder. or just new ideas in hate cards like golakka crawler or emp operative. if you want your designs to really stand out be ready with ideas that are more than just complex and interesting...have designs that look to the various segments of hearthstone players, be ready with designs that might be "bad" yet still have a place in the game, or just simple clean cards that don't require complexity. game design is more than just shiny new toys it's also those dull every game objects that players rely on. being able to design any and every kind of card required should make you stand out from a crowd of who only wants to offer some new thing. it may not be flashy but it is a necessary skill.

I would say Balanced Monk, Injured Caster, Dramatic Reveal in that order. The artwork and flavor seem well-done. Good luck.

Injured caster will be so op in priest just imagine injured caster + binding heal 4 mana 4/7

Tree of Possibility is boring
Vengeful Target Dummy is too good even at a 1 drop
Balance Monk is balanced but boring
Ultimate Sacrifice is OP
Kobold Soulstealer might be put in the game but it is an archetype card
Injured Caster is too OP when combined with big heal card from paladin
Voidling is OP at early game and bad late game
Dramatic Reveal might actually work since you need to keep your stealth minion in stealth mode to transform which is a loss of tempo.
