Almost Vanilla stats for a 4 drop and on top of that its a beast. The effect(Adaptation) only stays on your opponent's turn similar to the Tar minions. Also you adapt multiple times at the end of your turn so the Adaptation Rocky Carapace(Gain +3 Health) is very amazing on this minion as it keeps healing it.
Adaptations like Poisonous, +3 Attack and Windfury are useless as that adaptation stays only during your opponent's turn. So because of this I have made it a 4 amana 4/4 Beast.

As far as I know it is impossible for a card to make you choose something at the end of your turn, so it would be appropriate to make it a random adaptation or something. Other than that, I think it is a good idea.
I don't think the first version could be impossible because "at the end of your turn" is still your turn. I imagine what would happen is that you'd hit the end turn button, then this minion's effect would trigger allowing you to Adapt and THEN your opponent's turn would actually start.

Chameleon is one of the few creatures in the real world that can adapt on the fly. It changes color as per its surroundings to hide from predators. The card text also suits the chameleon rather than a dinosaur because a chameleon keeps changing its colour i.e. adaptation.

Ugh don't get me started on Evolving Spores. At the very least it should be Adaptation Spores, since this card has nothing to do with Evolve. Blizz really dropped the ball on that one.
Also, Inspire:Adapt is much, much stronger then the previous version.
What? U essentially have to spend 6 mana to get use out of this minion instead of 4, how is that stronger? lol :P
because you can choose active adaptations like Windfury /divine shield or buffs to actively find a favorable trade every turn the guy is in the battlefield, if it was at the end of the turn then half of the pool's adaptations become dead choices.

Too bad that we cannot chose at the end of turn.
This would solve the problem and keeps the spirit of the card.

Still the Inspire version is balanced. You still need to spend 2 mana and on the next turn the adaptation is removed.
