I don't think that any of the really competitive decks include it, just because it's never consistent. It's a 2 mana 4/4 if you get away with it, but things can go terribly wrong for you if you don't. This is especially true when you don't play it on turn 2. I feel like if you draw it later in the game, it's just going to sit in your deck forever.
millhouse is pretty much just a fun card that is hardly worth using.. the reason being is that how much value it has is totally based on what is in your opponent's hand. and in the current game, there is little to no control on how to effect your opponent's hand. maybe if there was a way to see your opponent's hand for a turn, then this card may be viable, and it might happen.
the only other deck that I can see that could make this viable is in a mage secret deck where your using counter spell and spellbender. nothing better than watching your opponent play their high cost spells just to get them countered or better yet wasted on a 1/3 minion. and if your lucky you might instead get a buff from your opponent instead and thus instead of giving you a 1/3 minion, it might end up being a 5/7 blessing of the kings minion instead.
but all in all, with the current cards, its just too unreliable to play unless you really like to gamble
So I did badly in my Recent Arena run went 5-3 and in the pack I got Millhouse Manastorm.
Of course I will keep him, I'm just wondering if he works in any decks?

Just checked the Paladin deck, Yeah I guess it could work, I don't play Paladin though.
Would be weird if Millhouse was the reason I started playing Paladin.

A while ago, I could understand running him, since about 70% of the players were running Warlock Aggro with 3~~4 spells.
Nowadays, too inconsistent. Might end up making you lose a few games. Run Mukla instead, if you want a similar legendary.
he is only good as side board if you know you playing agro.
its a huge gamble to get a minion whos above curve.
Right yesterday Millhouse Manastorm was played against me in the late game. On my turn I summoned Archmage Antonidas and burned the opponent down with free Fireballs.
It's fun watching Total Biscuit combine him with Loremaster Cho (it doesn't work out so well).
