testing bane of doom as well, and i keep getting crap from it. i think the odds were messed with to make the good stuff hareder to get than the simple pull a name from a hat odds.

yes imp gang boss,mistress and succubuss are kinda worth it and not bad scenarios at all imo

That's not even accurate... Felguard is a Sen'jin so it's a 4mana drop and 1 mana too deal 2 damage. Also Voidcaller isnt that bad considering it will be in demon decks for more summons....This is about 70% of the time Bane of Doom is good or insane. Considering Unstable Portal see's play, Bane of Doom is far better at nailing a good minion and gets played instantly free of cost.
Unstable portal costs 2 mana, not 5, so it’s forgiving when it fails and that is the big difference. And the 2 damage is not that special when you have cards like hellfire, imp-losion, dark bomb, and shadowflame.
Even if you count felguard and void caller as good cards it’s still a risky weighted coin flip 9/16, 56.25%. You have a 43.75% chance to throw the game away.

Nah..That's over exaggerating and not correct math. 10 are fine and 6 suck. Even if you get a 3/3, that's far from throwing the game. 50% of the time your getting a 5 Mana/Or what normally would cost 5 Mana minion for free or greater. It's start up value. It's good enough for play.

Before it could get crap like flame imp, blood imp and voidwalker ANYWAY, but this adds floating watcher, jaraxxus, doomguard, mal'ganis etc. Now it's a sick spell worth trying in ranked. Holy cow. Previously it was only good on two demons: Felguard and Dread infernal. Kind of lackluster. But making a doomguard? Hoooooooooly cow.
another positive point is that like void caller, you dont triger the batlecry of the summoned demon ... so it makes this demons much more valuable than the original mana cost.

I was trying some demons and trying to fit demonfire and demonheart, but it never felt right. I could get a good combo with Mistress Of Pain, but it was not consistent enough and it was hard to catch up without a good consistent turn 3.
The 3 drop will be a really big improvement and another nice target for the demon buffs. Plus now we have an aoe. It was really bad to wait until turn 4 to hellfire. The curve got way stronger with that 3 drop(the turn 3 was a big hole), plus more synergy, plus more removal.
I've got some tools I was looking for when messing with demons. I really hope the demon heavy deck works out. We gained a lot of demon synergy we didn't have before. I hope it is enough.

It went from summoning, on average, a 2.3 mana demon to now summoning a 4 mana demon! And many of these demons are discounted on mana ( like doomguard and pit lord ).
So yeah I think it's worth a try now in a midrange demondeck, maybe even zoo. That's the kind of deck that can easily make it so a minion only has 2 hp left.

Given all the other cases of "summon a random X" in the game, they needed to do this or change the wording.

So glad I kept both of mine hoping they would buff it in the future and allow me to get a refund but this is even better.
I rather be actually to play them and get epic demons!
