you can't believe that zephyr sucks right now becouse you play him right and never got a bad choice. Stuuuuuupid
that's the whole point of the discussion, he doesn't suck if you know how to play him and it still works. if you think this is stupid I can only imagine you don't know how to play him but believe you do and wonder why you still get bad outcomes...
if he got worse for you since new cards got introduced, you need to adapt to these new cards when playing him. you can't expet the card itself to do this job for you. a card like Burning Blade Acolyte for example will be a problem for zeph bc for him it's just a 1/1 with some deathrattle. you as the player know more about the card, so you need to tell him what to do
Zeph was fine the first months he he came to hearthstone. After that time blizz doesn't give a single about this card anymore
Actually funny that blizzfanboys keep pretending everyone is a idiot who can't use zephyr. It's the curve you need the exact amount mana!!!
Bitch we know that! Hearthstone is Full of bugs and errors and you can't believe that zephyr sucks right now becouse you play him right and never got a bad choice. Stuuuuuupid
I got my fair share of different than expected results from Zephrys, but when I though about it I noticed that I made the mistake in my assessment.
The battlecry is essentially 'run this algorithm'. So you need to think about the outcomes of the algorithm in the same way you would think about any other random battlecry: Would you slam a Tinkmaster Overspark on an empty board? when your opponent has a 1/1? when you have a 5/5?
Of course is Zephrys more complex than that but you need to follow the same process as Zephrys to see if he would offer the card that you would want. While you claim to understand, threads like these exist with arguments how he is bugged or wrong when the screenshots show the opposite.
I mean if OP knew that Hex has a lower priority at higher mana, would Zephrys still come down at 8 mana?
The problem I have with Zeph is look at my lich king post and darkglare pic.
I guided him for 4 mana but in what way Windspeaker and Van Cleef was useful... even good ol' Dazdingo would be better to protect my face.
With Darkglare he offered two removal options for one minion from which one damages my own board too and one useless play. Where was Holy Smite? it would offer an option to kill 2/3 which rivals Zeph.
I have said, I have had times where Zeph even guided offers bad picks. Don't tell me you never been offered options you just rolled your eyes, even some youtube vids showed bad offers.
I get what you guys say but come on he is far from being perfect options.

people told you why he offered these options. your complain about holy smite is not really doing anything about it. zeph can only offer 3 choices, at this boardstate there are a lot of options. zeph by himself has a 3/2 body, so he can kill the 2/3 by simply attacking, so he offered you an option to deal with the other threat on board, which is a 1/1...
like zeph you also have 3 options: accept your mistakes and learn from them, don't accept you did somethign wrong and complain or simply don't play zeph anymore.

But he do offered double removal for the 1/1, why not offer one option for the 2/3 as well? That way I keep Zeph alive which can trade 1/1 by itself and stay alive. This is way better option than he offered.

yes that's one of many options, but he still needs to choose which one he offers to you. there are probably more than 10 cards, that would be good for 1 mana when your opponent (in the eyes of zeph) doesn't have an opressive board state, but since he can't read your mind he had to pick 3 out of them by himself... these are his flaws you need to learn when you want to (successfully) put this card in your deck.
I'm not saying the 3 options he offered were better than a smite, but again, from his perspective these options have the same value as a smite. you'd maybe even get different outcomes for the same boardstate in different games, just bc zeph weights them all the same. But that's not the cards fault. next time you play against a board like this you know better and after learning from a lot of games you'll have a better feeling for when to play zeph and when to keep him for later, were you can get the desired outcome more likely.
Clearly the answer is to stop running Zephrys. Since he's such a terrible card . . .
Simple fix

Enjoying Americans winning in the Olympics is forbidden because it is political. A 14 plus page discussion of state-sponsored lawsuits against a multi-national corporation based on harassment, discrimination, and wrongful death allegations is apparently not political enough to raise an issue.
Looking at Lich King pic, i think when he saw Zeph, "dont u dare polymorph or hex me, i deserve a clean death"
But ye, that was sad outcomes. Zeph thinks SW:Death is enough. The other 2 options, Edwin Vancleef - b/c u played the coin before, u could play a big minion that turn and Windspeaker - b/c he couldnt find any better option for strengthening your current board at 4 mana. Simply (1) Do something to opponent's board, (2) Do something to my board, (3) "Oh coin into Zeph! Vancleef might be big surprise"
When u try that much to get your wished card but it doesnt work out, its all frustration. Same thing happened to me years ago when i tried to guide my 9 year old brother doing math.
Only thing I don't get about zeph is why he offers windspeaker that often... In my book it's one of the weaker 4 drops in classic/basic (if the windfury gives you lethal it's a different story, but somehow blizzard made zeph think windspeaker is great when you have at least one minion without looking at the opponents health)

In a vacuum, "get a 3/3 and double the damage output of something else on the board" is a pretty good value proposition. So if other board-states are sufficiently addressed by Zeph's other two options, I can understand why he'd be like "I dunno, hit more harderer? Seems good, people like that."
Alright guys, thank you for your flaming hot discussion hope I won't need to add anymore of Zeph plays here.
I still do stand by my point that even with guiding, for a card with pre requisition is far from "perfect plays". I will just try to accept his offers as it comes. I have dropped most of my Highlander decks because with Wilds rapid plays his offers are not enough. But I still do tinker about singleton decks (I have never played Mage, Warlock or Priest singleton) I always try to mash it in different classes.

clearly the reason you never draw the card is due to blizzard's rigged matchmaking, also the earth is flat
