I already had a creeping suspicion that Token Druid might end up being the top druid archetype since they revealed Mulchmuncher. This card and the strength of the Warlock cards they revealed seems to seal the deal.
This card is made for Treat Druid. It has insane synergy with Living Mana and the new "giant" Mulchmuncher.
Not only do you get temporary mana to activate into future permanent ones with living mana but you also get to discount the muncher super fast thanks to this and maybe cast two in one turn.
Surprised that I haven't seen more people discussing this use of Gloop. Isn't this the most broken thing ever?
If you cast this on turn 3 and then trade minions such that 3 die, you can then cast Living Mana to gain 6 Mana Treants.
When they die, you have successfully avoided the "this turn only" trigger on Floop's Glorious Gloop so you have accelerated by 3 crystals permanently, right?
Temporary mana (this turn only) will not give you trents from living mana, you can cast it as you said but you will only get 3 trents (not 6).. that's why people don't discuss this use of Gloop and therefore that's why you're surprised !
not bad but only for token (treant) druid

Dust
A year without druid being totally OP: Not possible!
The mana is temporary

Do we know if Mana Treant tokens count as Treants for Mulchmuncher?
Thanks Vini - I'm no longer surprised.
isn't it a 6 mana skulking Geist a bit late to counter 1 + poison seeds?
