My Turn 3: Undertaker, Coin, Loot Hoarder (buffs Undertaker to 2/3), Redemption
Opponent Turn 4: Wild Pyromancer and Hero Power (fireblast) on my Loot Hoarder.
I was not expecting this: Loot Hoarder dies (I draw a card). Loot Hoarder reappears because of Redemption. This procs his Wild Pyromancer which goes off, killing my Loot Hoarder (I draw another card). Now the board has his 3/1 Wild Pyromancer and my 2/2 Undertaker. Why did Wild Pyromancer go off??
Not sure! I know secrets are considered spells, but I thought they only triggered pyro when they are initially cast. Maybe it counts as a spell being cast, like how GET DOWN! procs Knife Jugglar.
WP only procs when you cast a spell so even if secrets 'going off' counted, it certainly doesnt count for the opponent. im guessing you made a mistake in your misunderstanding and this didnt really happen. sorry but its occams razor
I've scoured the internet and haven't found anything pertaining to this problem. I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss it. being only turn 4, it's not like his opponent pre-moved 9 actions and he missed one. I am generally curious if this works. It's a viable way to get around redemption as a 1-damage dealer (not that many people play redemption).
Maybe it was Wild Pyromancer + Arcane Missiles? Not that the description is guaranteed to be wrong - it's possible that when Blizzard made changes to Secrets in prep for Naxx they changed something, but I'm guessing we would have seen something by now.
there could be a play that could pass undetected for you (or anyone) such as: wild piro, hero power, and coin afterward redenption (with no use except trigering wild pyro ?)

(sorry for any missssssspels - not a native english speaker + fat fingers)
The OP say he use the coin on T3, soo, no. I'm inclined to think abount arcane missiles theory, but plis try to take a pick of the screen, its one key.

I was on iPad and didn't think to take a screen shot.
when you play a spell with pyromancer on the board, the spell will be computed first, including all other things that the spell triggers. the pyromancer goes off last.
This makes sense. So if it was arcane missiles then that whole sequence would resolve first (killing Loot Hoarder, proc Redemption) and then Wild Pyromancer goes off and kills the summoned Loot Hoarder. Hmmm... my opponent was smart! (or lucky...)
Mage (opponent) v. Paladin (me). Board is clear.

Wild pyromancer only active with spell the owner cast....
Have a pick or something?
I´m pretty sure that your secret won´t trigger opponent´s WP. There must have been something else.

I'm fairly certain this is what happened - I almost missed my next turn looking at the history trying to understand it.
Would Wild Pyromancer + Arcane Missiles kill the Loot Hoarder twice? So the secret goes off in between playing the spell and the last action is the Wild Pyromancer going off?

Moved to card discussion.
