The only people who say Wild isn't easy are those that play it regularly and climb to Legend, they like to think they achieved something and they don't wanna admit how easy it was. Also people that fail there for sure won't say "it's easy". But in my experience, add 20% to win rate from Standard every time and you get Wild.
Doesn't mean you can't enjoy it or something, but to say it's same or worse than Standard when it comes to climb is just not true (or simply individual)
In Wild and in MSoG standard, I got Legend with my own Reno builds, in Ungoro standard I had to play netdecks to get to legend.
For standard, I had 71% Winrate with Laughing's Freeze Mage in June when everyone was playing Token Shaman and 68% with a Medivh Control Priest in May when Günther Mage was the most popular deck. In July I switched to Wild from Standard and got Legend from 5 with an Anti Aggro Reno Mage with a 75% winrate, last month I played Reno Priest with 68% winrate. 20% higher winrate in Wild seems unrealistic.
Maybe it could be better if I wouldn't try to counter the most popular decks with rather slow deck and then run into the odd person running a super greedy deck.
So.. just curious to the OP... who says wild is easy? :P
Have you read other people replys. Your answer is right there.
Yup sure did. ONE guy said he had more success in Wild than Standard. But that's not the point, or the point of my original post.
In order for the op to make this thread, someone (or more likely, many people) had to say Wild was easy. Are there other threads with other people saying Wild is easy? I'm just curious where he got the impression from.
If anything I see a ton of threads with people saying they don't play Wild because they don't have access to all the cards or whatever. It's actually a LOT harder for a new player to get into Wild for that specific reason. Wild is more crazy sure, and the decks can be a lot more insane. Not sure if that translates to easier or not.
Wild is a blast as a Priest. Most games, I wind up with 40 health, 2 damage zero cost hero power that refreshes on card play.
