I won 4 games with Warrior. Crush is a much better card in this format. As is Charge. It's very doable.
They your opponents sucked. There are several classes which have so many high mana cost spells, you just can't keep up if the opponents doesn't play like a braindead retard. I only have 1 Crush and didn't feel the urge to craft a second just for this brawl. It's your only 7+ mana spell...
Compare this to other classes.
And Charge still sucks.;) You need a minion on board...
But yeah maybe you got lucky with your opponents, or lucky with your minions.
Just defeated the aforementioned rogue... he got a fel reaver and i milled him goooood... then he milled himself by playing 2 Sprints in 3 turns...
Well I'm thankful, now i can move on.:p
With the other classes you have a much MUCH better time. More fun and your chances to win are waaaay higher.
Well, there are 36 possible spells as far as I can see (assuming you have all the cards), but the nature of warrior is that a lot of them are slightly under-costed because they have conditions attached, so that does make it a lot tougher. It's never going to compete well with the best classes for this brawl so I think perseverance and luck will be required.
Crush could be a really good card as long as you don't have any damaged minions on the board when you play it. Keep using that and hope for Archmage Antonidas :D
I won with a warrior after about 3 tries , vs a mage I think.
Warrior's spells are generally on the cheap side, so I opted to use Weapons as removal in order to keep the weaker minions around. This also has synergy with cards like Upgrade, and the 12 or under cards like Revenge/Mortal Strike. This deck definitely plays pretty aggro, so if you have weapons in hand, don't be afraid to swing face.
Some common cards from warrior are not played, since I want to get my curve higher. No Whirlwind, since I'd rather pay more with Revenge. No Shield Slam, I'd rather spend mana on spells instead of armor. No Battle Rage/Commanding Shout, since I have better card draw options. I could see Shout, but its cost of 2 makes it a hard sell. No Brawl, since it's worthless if you are even.
Try to play Crush at full cost! Worst case, it's a 4 which isn't bad at all, but in this brawl paying more is better.
The burst condition is really one of the big weapons and upgrade. Decks dont usually have Taunts or ways to deal with Weapons, so if you get 6/3 Reaper or a 9/2 Gorehowl you should be able to finish off your enemy.
Yes, Warrior is definitely not optimal for this challenge. I think most classes are much better than warrior. But I still had fun with it, which I think is the goal of the tavern brawl. I got to use cards I otherwise wouldn't have
And yes, I did get Archmage Antonidas with Crush! It was awesome. And I had a bunch of low cost spells like UpgradeHeroic Strike and Execute in my hand. A very cool moment, and something I think the tavern brawl is trying to create in a way ladder or arena can't.

As i mentioned above i already got my win.:) And yeah i had Crush in my deck but i have only one copy of it. And the other spells just suck, cost-wise, in this brawl.;) Dunno what i got when i played it the two times but it was not Antonidas.:(
Anyway Shaman and Rogue are left, and with shaman it's just as difficult. D:
Overload and thus cheaper spells suck in this brawl, too. Not even one 7 mana spell.:D Highest is 4.xd
Shaman was pretty easy IMO. While they are cheaper spells, they are way better since they are mostly removal.
What I did was used Ancestors Call (the one that lets you play a dude from hand) and a handful of top tier dudes. Since most dont play minions, I was able to get a turn 4 Chromaggus, Ysera, Kel Thuzard, Rag etc. Far Sight works with that as well.

Given that you have that card in your hand.;) Late game it's not that good anymore. Had it in my shaman brawl deck too but never pulled it.
...well, i only played two games till i won, soo... yeah.:P
EnTaroAdunEU how good is it to suck at a game and blame others? If you don't like how Warrior works in this brawl then don't play it... It is not meant to be balanced. The nature of this brawl is gonna give advantages to SPELLS and last I checked I dot see many warriors wearing intellect in WoW.

Where did i blame anyone?...
But everything is fine bro, i got my win hours ago and went back to more entertaining classes for this brawl.;)

With Mage/Pala/Druid/Priest it's damn easy to win.
And as a completionist i want to get a win with every class in this brawl.
But with Warrior it's impossible. And i mean it like that.
I am currently 0-4 or 0-5 and i don't think i will win anytime soon.
The only classes everyone's been playing are Mage/Pala/Druid/Priests, and vs. these classes you just can't win with warrior spells.
Brawl is just like lightbomb, not very useful. I use one but only because of the possible outcome of coming back..(0,1% chance in my case).
Did anyone take a win with warrior in this brawl yet? If yes, what was you spell composition? I mean, there are not too many options...
Maybe i just have to have luck and meet another warrior and then win the 50/50 matchup.:p
Hey. =)
Another 2 losses. Please can i just meet another warrior. ._.
Hey. =)
Nah imo this Brawl is the best one by far and i had many entertaining matches so far.
But it's just that they totally ignored/isolated the warrior class. :/
Well, now up vs. a rogue...

Hey. =)
Brawls don't have to be about balance, and that's exactly why they are good fun.

Trying Malygos...^^
Hey. =)
I won 3 of my first 4 games as a warrior, all against mages. It's about playing the right control at the right time. And the weapons definitely help.
Lucky win vs. a mage early on. Played some cheap spells and had totems up -> Blood Lust and after that someburst spell dmg.:p
He even played a sea giant. D:
Now to finish things up, gogo Rogue action.:)
