Warlock quest is probably the worst card ever printed. Tier 5, if there was such a thing. Some people might disagree but they are just wrong :P
If you want to play discard aggro then it is too slow and if you want to play discard control you are mad because you will discard your key cards all the time. The quest also is not easy to finish, you really need to be lucky. How powerful is the imp portal on turn 6+ anyway?
In my experience so far, (beside Rogue) Warrior and Shaman quests are the strongest. Hunter and Priest decent. The rest sux. I include the Mage quest which seems to have tons of potential (don't have it myself) but against me it never really performed.
Pala quest is good but the rest of the cards currently is not.
Aside from the warlock quest, I agree with this tier list. The mage quest should probably be tier 2 though, it's no where near the powerlevel of rogue and warrior. It is however hillarious, so there's that. In terms of fun, I would rate the mage quest the highest.

Hunter is Tier 2 . Nowhere near the original hype, though. Never ever faced a quest Warlock.

Battle doesn't need a purpose; the battle is its own purpose. You don't ask why a plague spreads or a field burns. Don't ask why I fight.

I haven't faced many quest hunters, but the deck seems terrible tbh. I don't think I've lost a single game against it. From what I've seen, I wouldn't say it's as good as shaman quest, but I could be wrong. Priest quest is actually pretty bad too, but it's not as detrimental to the priests plan to include it. The deck doesn't look that far off from what it would be without it.
Rogue has a few flaws -- counterspell or a lucky Dirty Rat can throw the whole thing off. And if the shuffle isn't in your favor ...
Priest is overkill in wild play with all the really good deathrattles, Reno Jackson, etc.
Mage has potential but most quest mages are f--ked if they can't annihilate your minions with doomsayer combos or Flamestrike. It's like watching neutered freeze mages drag the game to their own bad demise. Have been beating up mages using an elemental deck with my mage.
I would say Kalimos is a better card than the quest for shaman, unless you like chucking murlocs everywhere.
Toss-up between Paladin and Warlock for worst quest. I should know. I landed both of them. The lock quest is different and fun, but it ain't for serious playing. I've been getting my Lorewalker Cho some highlights, though; he's an underrated natural fit for discolock.
Paladin quest, however ... I've had more success with the elementals in a deck I'm trying rather than the summoned Galvadon. When everyone knows you have to buff minions for a potential OTK, they usually do a good job cleaning your side of the table, or tuning up the aggro. Or saving a super board clear or major debuff for when Galvadon gets dropped.

Then .. who quest is really good for spend the dust?
Rogue or Priest .
How do I classify the quests right now:
Tier 1: Warrior, Rogue & maybe Mage
Tier 2: Priest & Shaman
Tier 3: Warlock, Druid & Hunter
Tier 4: Paladin
I hate murlocs.
