When the final boss started with more mana, it made my mana match theirs. I also had a spell repeat twice, twice; as well as drawing me an extra card at the start of turn. It made one of minions turn into a legendary and reduced Banana Buffoon by 1 mana. Tbh I only ever picked this treasure because the other 2 were shit
I just finished a game, where I chose this treasure again, because the other two were crappy.
The card gave me some of the benefits, which were mentioned by the users here (like drawing extra cards, adjusting the mana crystals, shuffling a copy of a minion, that recently died, clearing up the board, transforming minions into random legendaries, casting spells twice), but I came here to inform you about a new effect I recently discovered.
As ridiculous it may sound, at the start of my turn Khadgar's head appeared and he said "I've ensured you go first this game". Excuse me? This has got to be the most useless effect someone would get from him. It made me laugh a bit, but then I wondered why the devs would implement this if our characters always go first in this PvE adventure anyway.

Maybe they wanted to have, besides all the good and bad effects, a "neutral" one. Just to add some sort of color to the gameplay and, like you said, make you laugh a bit ;)
Picked this early in a run just to see what it was.
Made one of my spells cost MORE mana.
Re-cast my Divine Spirit on an ENEMY minion, which lost me the game.
When I lost because I couldn't kill the enemy minion that he buffed, he said "You know, running out of health makes you lose".
Would not buy again. I figured I got trolled; that they put this there just as a joke. Then I came to this forum and saw that it mostly does good things. I think I would only pick this if I think my chances of winning are pretty low, and I need to shake things up again.
