I want to craft summon mage, I've opened Khadgar and Kalecgos.

Those stats don't look that good. I mean, it seems like an average deck.
100% not best one. Depends on your opps. You ll meet a lot of rogues you out power of crations, Kalecgos and add bouncers and mct you can switch 1 raven for 2nd scorcher.
If we talking about crafting, you can not craft power of creation coz - rogues, they are swarming ladder and a lot of hunts and druids. Wars here too, but you must win wars so much early without it and finish the game with Alex plus your giants or something on board. I know, cybersport is not ladder, but even there a lot of players -Kalecgos and power of creations for def. tools, coz summoner mage very bad vs aggro classes and need some def. tools.
The best list probably doesn't even run Kalecgos anymore though:
