ok heres what i think. sword of justice is too slow, and 4 weapons is too many in this deck. puddle stomper and grim scale oracle don't do anything and aren't worth deck slots. cold light oracle should be replaced with one divine favor because you want to draw your opponent into consecration, and a 2/2 isn't good enough. you definitely want 2 any fin can happen as its a game ender

I agree with the weapons. Of the weapoins you're playing, only TSC is actually viable in this deck, and you'll use that for creature removal. Coghammer is just not that good here, it will give a random minion taunt/DS, but what if that's your warleader, and you have lethal the following turn, but don't because they kill it? I agree, Divine favor is a must in this deck. If you get off to a fast start, Favor will help you replenish and do something greater. As stated above, Anyfin Can Happen is a MUST at 2x. Otherwise, I think it looks good.
So, Here are the changes I think will work best:
-1 Coghammer
-1 Sword of Justice
-1 Coldlight Oracle
+1 Divine Favor
+1 Anyfin Can Happen
+1 Coldlight Seer/Seal of Champions
I'm not 100% sure on what your third card should be. I like seer and seal a lot in this version. I'd say play around with both a little bit, and see what you like best, but get a Divine Favor in there for sure.
