I am a few hundred dust away from being able to craft a legendary.
I tend to do best with control decks. I've been running variations of the Slowroll deck posted here -- the first version, since I am newish and haven't had access to legendaries. I find it's great against mages and warlocks but I do have trouble with warriors who know what they're doing, since it's not a strong deck for taunts and holding off raw aggro.
Anyway, I already have Ragnaros -- he is fantastic; dropped at the right moment, he is a game winner. Ysera - same, but I am not currently running her in a deck although I definitely don't want to DE her.
I don't think I need Sylvanas right now -- I'm happy to use her ghetto younger brother, the Mind Control Tech, if I think I need such a card, at least for a while yet. The two cards I am torn between are Cairne and Tirion. Cairne for possible use in other classes besides this one, or Tirion for supa Pally powa? I am very invested in the paladin class already, for what it's worth.
Tirion is by far the best class specific legendary for what its worth, but you also limit yourself to only being able to use him as a paladin so for one of your first legendaries I would suggest against him unless you are die hard paladin. As for which legendary you should craft, hands down no question it should be Sylvanas. I know you said you dont think you need her right now, but you do. She is that good and has no substitute. Cairne is a good card, but not good enough to be one of the first legendaries to craft imo. If you are really against crafting Sylvannas, then you should go ahead and craft a Bloodmage. That guy is used in so many decks and is super value and you are never upset to draw him.
Hmmm, if Sylvanas really is that much of a game-changer, then I will reconsider, absolutely. As I said, I am a few hundred dust away from being able to do this. So a deck with, say, Rags, Sylvanas, Faceless Manipulator and the standard pally epic damage-dealers and excellent heals, etc. would do me well?
Yes Sylvanas first then tinkmaster 2nd. Why tinkmaster you ask? Because he fits a huge hole in paladins arsenal and is decent for any other class as well.
Rather hilariously, I followed this advice and crafted Sylvanas, and indeed, an amazing card, I saw immediate results. And then of course they go and nerf her. -_- It's just by one mana, so I will continue using her and see what happens, but damn my luck with this game, is all I can say.
Okay this question may seem a little bit stupid but how do you use Tinkmaster as a Paladin ? Do you use it turn 3 on a token you put turn 2 ? I play Paladin aswell and have very best legenderies atm (Sylvanas, Ragnaros, Tirion, The Black Knight) and i'm thinking of crafting Tinkmaster as soon as i can.

You mainly use tinkmaster to "silence" ,but there are times that a 1/1 transformed into a 5/5 can net you the game(very few though lol)
Ok thanks but then i don't understand why everyone say it's a core legendary card for Paladin. There are others cards to silence (Turn 2 and 4) I don't get why people say Tinkmaster is so powerful :/

Your hero power summons a 1/1, so if you decide to yolo Tinkmaster for a chance to get a 5/5, there is 0 risk. For me, it's a core legendary for ANY deck/class, just because it is a hard counter to many strong minions. Sylvanas as well is amazing for board control.
Decisions decisions ....... Tinkmaster, The Black Knight, Cairne, Tirion, keep Sylvanas -- AAAAARGH! Tinkmaster is extremely appealing, that extra removal is so tempting!
Sylvanas is getting nerfed to 6 mana next patch, so you can craft her, try the card, and if you don't like it (as a 6 mana drop) you'll be able to disenchant for 1600 dust (at least that's what Blizzard said yesterday about every card getting nerfed). IMO she'll still be really strong, and probably between the best legendaries.
I'd go for her because of that reasoning, but Tinkmaster and TBK are overall quite strong too.
Tinkmaster is a real motherfucker, and it works wonders in decks with not good hard removal, while TBK sometimes is gamebreaker, but against rush decks and stuff like that he's quite meh (when you face no big taunts). I'd go for both of them anyway, but Tinkmaster first (and before of that, remember Lady Sylvanas!). Thalnos is a very good legendary too ;)
If you just wanna go for a Paladin Deck, you should craft Tirion sooner or later, that's obvious too. One of the best class legendaries, but you know, if you wanna play with another class...... :3

Out of those I would go: Tinkmaster -> Sylvanas -> Tirion. The Black Knight is good in certain situations and meta's, but not always. Cairne is nice, but if you want control it's no better than Tink or Sylv. In a pally deck, I would certainly go Tinkmaster for your first legendary, just because of the myriad of situations it can be used in.
Tinkmaster is 99% of the time used to deal with huge threats.
I rarely if every use it on the offensive. They play slyv, at worst its a 5/5 with no effect at best its a 1/1. the same thing goes for if they play rag, tirion, any of the ancients and or giants. It can just all around be a nuts play.
If its make a break, hit your 1/1 and pray. otherwise sit on it for that huge threat and you will thank me after =)

You can always turn her back into dust with no penalty when the nerf hits. :D
